The only access to main compartment is actually through the rear access which is a little pain, since its hard to compress the items you put in. I think it would be better if they included a top access for the main compartment in addition. The front compartment is not the main compartment after my understanding. More of a shovel+probe compartment. Apart from this I think its a good backpack based on 3-4 trips use.
Thinking between this and Nitro's Slash 25. Honestly, the Slash looks better, has much more back support with adjustment, has massive buckle straps, waterproof zippers etc'. Really seems like the better deal tbh.
+Tactics Boardshop Thank you for taking the time to reply and the information you gave me. I can't wait to see the board when you manage to get some in stock!

Don't know if anyone can help me about this, but here goes.. Im looking at dakine backpacks for a multitude of reasons, but i want to be able to use my backpack on my daily commute to the office. Is it possible to hide / tuck away the waist belt? (dont have a real use for it daily, only when out boarding somewhere) Im looking for a backpack for gym stuff, laptop, some files and snacks. Maybe theres a better one you may think of? Basicly i go out at 07h to the office or gym, then college and then home at midnight. - thats why all the gear and stuff.

3:00 The rear access is a separate compartment from the front. They're not connected.
