9.8. Holy cow! I've never heard you give out a 9.8. I was thinking 9.2-9.4. Her cover of For the Love of God is still my favorite, but I have to agree. Getting anywhere close to Jason Becker is an accomplishment in itself and she nails it. Not only technically, but the feel and emotion are there also. This made my day. Excellent video and reaction. What is amazing is for someone so talented, she is known only on RUclips, and has done nothing for years, with no clarity on where she has gone! Thanks for the upload and let us not forget Jason Becker as the original amazing composer of this song, and one of the world's great guitarists. I recommend the Jason Becker documentary to everyone.
Actually she stopped for studies and she now teaches music, can't say more cause no more info but when you look for her name in some french official files thats what we have

Some consider Jason to be the GOAT, he invented sweep arpeggious and ton other crazy stuff.

I love Jason, but I'm sure he himself would tell you he did not invent sweep arpeggios. Plenty of players before him did it. Yngwie comes to mind which was a big influence on Jason.
Great reaction! After watching her hands a few times started watching her face, her most 'emotive' performance. It seems this piece means a lot to her.
WoW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This was special, TinaS's best work in my eyes, takes me back to the 80's and my memories of Jason Becker fulfilled such that I was back in my teens and 20's.
watched again and noticed how much she was getting into this piece, I could feel her in this one
This, along with Vai's 'For the Love of God' are the best she's done, in my opinion. That said, Gary Moore's 'The Loner' is possibly my personal favourite, but probably not as technically challenging as the other two. It's just that that piece is one I find particularly moving.
A plus 10 for me. I have heard Jasons version a thousand times. Tina had quite a few improv moments that added to the original song and made it a little bit of her own. Either version is TOP NOTCH.
Better than the original. She's uniquely talented. And she look so sweet. One of the best guitarist that ever walked on earth if not the best. I like her very very much.

Tina is Incredible! Her video of this song inspired me to make my own cover of this myself, and your reaction to it was great! I would give it a 10 because she was able to replicate the feel in it perfectly!

I don’t know what happened to her, but I hope she’s involved in music in some capacity. She has a gift and she deserves all the benefits and advantages that her abilities could give her.
You mentioned Satriani, wouldn't it have been awesome to have heard her play "surfing with the alien? That is the cherry on top missing from this cake 🙂
At a certain point it no longer matters if another song might just be a little better. It even may prove impossible to determine if the next song is a little better. If this is perfection than there's no such thing as more perfect. The next song will be different but it still can be performed to perfection.
I like very much the Tina S and the score is very high and it is a very good score .

Maybe technically...I don't have an opinion on that because I don't know ..(that is...she is great)..However...every time I listen to her "For the love of God"...I don't know why...the tears start to come sprout on my face (not in this case)...Interesting "reaction"...God luck.
I unfortunately think that nothing better will be played by Tina S. Nothing for 6 years, period during which she may have not played anymore. At this level we cannot stop. We have a dozen videos left and we take advantage of it. I love your comments and sensitivity that you cannot hide😊

People may not like comparing her with some of the greats, but I can tell you one thing, they weren't doing this at 16. A drummer who will absolutely blow you away, El Estepario Siberiano.

@@ericsicard910 No doubt he was a musical genius. If he composed this when he was 16 and released it when he was 18, I'm sure he improved quite a bit. She was actually 15 here.
Just fanboy'g on the keyboard but would guess that Jason, Yngwie, Paul Gilbert, others were doin it in their teens ... plus Yngwie was composing his own neo-classical world changing sheet in his teens without having an Yngwie for inspiration as Jason and Paul had lol. Fun to look back and guess how this all went down, who knows the truth. TinaS had her teacher, mayb the others did too????
The one thing missing from her is the "feel". For that part check her do The loner-Gary Moore cover. There is your 9.9

The Loner cover from Tina is great, but for the “feel” I would go for Miyako’s cover of The Loner!
My favorite of hers is Best of Times, by Dream Theater.

I wish Tina S would at least let her fans know that she is well. A lot of horrible rumors saying she died. I personally don’t want to believe that. I pray she’s having a wonderful life and thank you for sharing your caliber of talent few musicians have. Tina S fan for life.
