Continuity error here when lizzie places the jar on the cabinet its clear glass but when vera takes it off her its orange coloured

There is no error it's an empty coffee jar with an orange lid she pulls in the Scotch which gives it an orange brown look.

Nope, it's clear glass with an orange lid in both scenes. It's empty in the first scene and full of coloured liquid (supposed to be wine) when Vera gets it
