bots running ardy rooftops a few in the same world 389, 2 are almost maxed . they always pick up marks of grace straight away but pause for a few seconds between each obstacle. looks like a real player training them up for payment, none of them respond to text and they are wearing full combat gear
Been seeing a lot of HCIM lvl 3 characters, in full red iron, running Tempoross till 99 fishing. I think there might be a botter here training HCIM accounts to sell off. Never seen something like this before. I've spotted at least 10 of these characters, they all have 50-60 firemaking, 60 cooking, 55 woodcutting and 90+ fishing. I suspect they're being setup with 99 fishing to then go for Wintertodt?
Here’s an uncommon idea, what if jagex secretly uses bots to keep the control of items in game. Theoretically they could control whatever market they wanted if they farmed something enough. Now they have late game bots that I wouldn’t put passed some employees at jagex to use. It would help flow and quantity of items, especially when it comes to runes where people would much rather buy a 100k stack of something opposed to actually going and making it.
Ah, a man of culture. People never look at the big picture but I personally believe if there weren't any bots in the game it would have been dead years ago. It's a game that has a literal economy. There's not enough people who would ever want to farm everyday essentials for the game to work. Yeah, you can put those items in a shop but then you have someone else controlling the market for that item with bots buying out the stock, whereas if you dump your gp into the grand exchange back to bots that jagex owns, they are essentially deleting gp out of the game while maintaining the supply for highly in-demand bulk items
its beyond doing it just to bring basic items into the game. they are using it as a cash grab and burning it to the ground as we speak. also Im not sure if its Jagex. I think its some group of ex members who know how to prevent bans because they know how the system works. Ex moderators or some ex high ups and they are milking it for millions a year
I'd also say its more likely they ban their competition only. Forcing jagex accounts was probably after they back logged something like 100k tutorial island ready accounts. Just like the Jagex staff who bought millions of climbing boots then made them 75k each. They work with updates 100%. Imagine knowing Your accounts will be rare and expensive in a few years because they arent tied to a jagex account, then creating hundreds of thousands of them, training them and sitting on them. Instant millionaires.
That house bug happened to me whenever i tried to set up AFK agility training in my POH dungeon. Regardless if i logged out or hopped worlds everything in my house disappeared
this might have been a lvlup service where you pay and someone lvlup your skill for you then give you back your account. the accounts that don't have much xp made are probably just show account, just to show the buyer the process for example.
0:09 lol I was bothering these guys like a month ago. Their operation is massive. Sadly the bots offer basically no loot but you can destroy their efficiency by sitting next to the alter and watching the bots log out instead of using it. If you do it long enough you’ll see an account log in as if to see what’s going on. They almost instantly log off. If you fast you can get a report In. Judging by the account names, stats, and PvM completions I would assume most if not all of these are hacked accounts. I think there might be someone hiding their account hijacking behind the law tune bot farm. 10:24 They used to not pick up the loot but someone else recently made a video on this and therefore the botter changed the code realizing his missed opportunity. 10:51 time to go hunt some noob DHers you mean?

Found a few bots in the varrock bank basement. All I have seen them doing is high alching. They don't hop worlds just are alching. There are a few other bots as well that do hop but they are tele grabbing gold bars, ore and sometimes the brass necklaces. It's in the f2p worlds Edit: I know it's f2p and they have loads of bots but this one seems newish for the alching in the varrock bank basement. Edit 2. Was hopping worlds in the varrock bank basement getting ruby rings. I didn't see much till I got to 362, where I found four bots and one guy (guessing the collector, username Sir Wood) as he saw me, he ran upstairs and vanished while the four bots stood there.

i actually came up with a plan to fight crazy arch for like 20 years to collect long bones as crazy arch has the best drop rate for them. i was gonna get enough to go from 30-99 construction in 1 xp drop. gave up after like a month.
Yeah, cheaters taking profit we could be making on our drops/GotR. Hence why ironman mode is the best...and even then they can clog up a spot you're trying to use when there wouldn't be a player there (unless someone wants to claim less botted game would bring in/keep more concurrent players but I doubt)
there is a MASSIVE f2p bot farm collecting red spider eggs in varrock sewers. all wearing same mith armor and carrying mith sword and chronicle. was bored and felt like collecting some for quick cash, but there literally in almost every f2p world 😂 they're pretty slow though you can beat them to the eggs first but yeah they're literally on every world right now collecting eggs
across worlds 490-550 on the free worlds theres an endless amount of bald bots with air staffs mining the clay SW of varrock, can you get em busted so they can stop stealing clay from my UIM? D:
RWT is so rampant because of these bots. And yet Jagex cracks down so hard on it but avoids bots entirely. It’s like going to prison on a drug charge when all the guards abuse drugs openly.
because the reason its so botted is because people keep buying gold. If gold wasnt valuable at all then why would a botter waste time on rs? Making RMT less accessible hurts bots more than anything else can. Punish those players trying to RMT more than bots. Because bots can be repopulated, but a maxed player getting banned for RMT will never get that account back and hopefully wont return to the game again.
Something is happening outside the w420 GE across the wilderness ditch. Random accounts logging in and out on the same square over and over. I see some drop trading happening too
I have a unique perspective on the crazy archeologist one. I'm rank 3 on the hiscores. That dude is legit, he trailed behind me for legit months and then just started going ham when I took a break from the game. His old name was Calmin, he and bbw pizza were warring with each other for a while but eventually bbw pizza gave up and let him take rank 1, this was around New years. He has since been getting as big of a gap as is possible. Also crazy archeologist isn't as bad of money as you think. You actually get between 60-70 kills per hour using the accursed scepter. The money per hour works out to being around 400k gp, for a bit there recently odium ward shards were 1m gp per so the boss was actually pretty good money. This dude doesn't actually get that many kills per day. Many days he would get no kills and on average he was only getting 300. For reference I have gotten 1k kill count days multiple times. I wanted to get rank 1 myself and then do 100k kc to secure it but have been focused on other life stuff. Essentially I stopped caring about getting rank 1 because I knew it would either be a lifelong struggle of defending it or it would only be for a limited time. Tbh I'm happy just being in one of your videos lol even if I'm just on the sidelines.
Well I stand corrected, I come back to the game after not thinking about it for a month and see that I am now rank 2. Good catch then rofl, if I had to guess I would say that the dude started legit and then started using a bot later because I was able to double the pace of him when we were actively warring on the hiscores. Now I'm actually motivated to secure my position instead of just leaving it.
Everyone please read : Jagex is selling the company, they will NOT lower player count. They’ve said this multiple times when confronted about it . Maybe once it’s sold they will but do not expect anything until after the company selling is finalized
Jagex won’t do a lot as (imo) the bots consist of a percentage of revenue that they cannot afford to loose as the number of actual players to bots has shifted to where a chunk of their total revenue completely evolves around the bots. Jagex employees honestly probably running gold farms or taking a percentage of them to allow it
Just south of ge in no member wolrd there is what seem like a big operation. they are coming there and trade for a while before they leave. i know non member wolrd is full of bot, but might worth to check it out.
Not necessarily. It would plummet at first, but A LOT of players quit because of bots. Unfortunately Jamflex keeps bots, because they’re the main accounts buying bonds, paying their salaries. They just don’t want to risk the gamble on banning bots and hoping players comeback to a dead/outdated game. That’s why they removed Botany Bay.
no accs get hacked as much as they did back in the day so i dont understand why you keep thinking acc's are getting hacked and botted, it doesnt cost much to run a bot farm with new acc's. these accs are not hacked.
Jagex doesn't do anything about the bots because they're involved in it. Think about it. The economy is so dependent on bots. Sad to say but it's true. The economy would go wild. And honestly, with the amount of gp being RWT, it would not surprise me at all if there was people high up at jagex involved in botting for their own gain either.
i will always find it funny when they do something because of "hi scores" meanwhile, you got all of these top ranking "players" being literal bots and never been banned before. hi scores mean nothing, all your achievements on hitting that coveted #1 (for around 1-2 hours before the next 1 goes twice as hard) can just be as easily achieved by a bot.
The law runs both might be only making 120m a day but it’s 120m a day where he has to do nothing apart from turn his computer on.. hence why they’re probably doing it.. it doesn’t have to be 1B per day profit to be worth doing..
I just had this idea the other day for rev bots. Do you know if they reapply it then if you switch to range/mage gear or do you have to keep camping melee?
I honestly think the reason they don't wipe all the bots is because they would lose too much money from them buying bonds. All the bot farms I see in the wilderness last 2-3 weeks. They start at like level 60 and get to 100 cb farming revs or wilderness bosses before they get banned. The bots just make grinding the game pointless
This is not a gold farm. It is an XP farm. It does, of course, farm gold, but I would pose this is not its primary function. I believe the farm is training characters up on runecrafting, and then later selling the accounts. Runecrafting is very slow to train, and very profitable when maxxed, so a maxxed RC account is likely worth a fair bit. This is also why the bot farm behaves so oddly. It is designed not to maximize gold profitability, but to protect the anonymity of the accounts being leveled, so they don't get banned. This is why stolen accounts are used. When Jagex looks for botting activity, they often are quick to suspect newer accounts, so older, built up accounts, do not draw as much attention. This is important for keeping the account being xp farmed from being banned before it is sold. This is also why it instantly logs out when it detects someone other than the bots is present. It is in the hope that the bystander fails to see that accounts name. My guess is most of the person's business revolves around selling stolen accounts, but that they sometimes use XP farms to boost those accounts before selling them, that way they will be more valuable, and it can be more efficient than starting from level 1 in the XP farm.
Runescape is a reflection of real world behavior. Jagex will never get rid of bots just as governments would never truly donaway with slavery. A functional society as it has always been understood relies on a chain of command that bottoms our with people who do the labor that most people do not want to do. Life is a trip

I like them. Use to train WC along with them on my alt between 10PM and 8AM. Easy +10 WC bonus. Plus, they don't hurt anyone.
I'd say there's a good chance that rank 1 Crazy Archaeologist is a botter considering they made a whole ass RUclips video called "I botted rank 1 Crazy Archaeologist thanks to Jagex's poor detection system".
Hats off to jagex. Sarcastically. I would imagine it would be a hard mistake to make- accidentally banning real players and then not banning bots. I don’t think they COULD do a WORSE job even if they tried.

They could also all be hacked.

I actually saw this recently. Thought it was weird that skulled players were in the law altar and quickly logging out. Thought it was some sort of bot farm that exhanged at the law altar since GotR pretty much killed altar running
bots running ardy rooftops a few in the same world 389, 2 are almost maxed . they always pick up marks of grace straight away but pause for a few seconds between each obstacle. looks like a real player training them up for payment, none of them respond to text and they are wearing full combat gear
What is it about this music that makes this topics seem so much more scary and sinister than they actually are?
lol 😂
Love the videos man, keep up the hard work. One question though, what was the plugin that you were using during scurrius?
Stupid idea. Much easier to command-add X law runes to an account and sell on GE. Also attracts less attention.
@cancerino666 and then a scandal comes out and they have to show that they weren't adding them and they get nabbed

this might have been a lvlup service where you pay and someone lvlup your skill for you then give you back your account.
the accounts that don't have much xp made are probably just show account, just to show the buyer the process for example.

Found a few bots in the varrock bank basement. All I have seen them doing is high alching. They don't hop worlds just are alching. There are a few other bots as well that do hop but they are tele grabbing gold bars, ore and sometimes the brass necklaces. It's in the f2p worlds
Edit: I know it's f2p and they have loads of bots but this one seems newish for the alching in the varrock bank basement.
Edit 2. Was hopping worlds in the varrock bank basement getting ruby rings. I didn't see much till I got to 362, where I found four bots and one guy (guessing the collector, username Sir Wood) as he saw me, he ran upstairs and vanished while the four bots stood there.

across worlds 490-550 on the free worlds theres an endless amount of bald bots with air staffs mining the clay SW of varrock, can you get em busted so they can stop stealing clay from my UIM?
I see some drop trading happening too
Nice video as you always make them about the bots hopefully that will bring more attention to the jagex so that they get banned 💕💕
I couldnt figure out how i kept getting free dh sets here it was sir pugger lmaoo

Jagex is selling the company, they will NOT lower player count. They’ve said this multiple times when confronted about it . Maybe once it’s sold they will but do not expect anything until after the company selling is finalized
How many times are you going to change this title?
Jagex won’t do a lot as (imo) the bots consist of a percentage of revenue that they cannot afford to loose as the number of actual players to bots has shifted to where a chunk of their total revenue completely evolves around the bots. Jagex employees honestly probably running gold farms or taking a percentage of them to allow it

Imagine if they did ban all the bots the in game economy would die immediately
"Die?" Someone didn't pass economics 😂

How does the economy DEPEND on cheaters? Difficult claim to defend
edit: changed "bots" to "cheaters"
I've seen a ton of level 50ish bots in Draynor running Master Farmer pockets. I keep reporting them but I've seen the same ones a few times now...
i will always find it funny when they do something because of "hi scores" meanwhile, you got all of these top ranking "players" being literal bots and never been banned before.
hi scores mean nothing, all your achievements on hitting that coveted #1 (for around 1-2 hours before the next 1 goes twice as hard) can just be as easily achieved by a bot.

@@p3p3-music65 they will teleport if not tb'd
This video is 1 month old, this has been happening since the ol nite.
Pretty soon this game will consist of only bots and hacked accounts that are bots
Runescape is a reflection of real world behavior. Jagex will never get rid of bots just as governments would never truly donaway with slavery. A functional society as it has always been understood relies on a chain of command that bottoms our with people who do the labor that most people do not want to do. Life is a trip
Horrible analogy just to make some political statement
