Kawasaki has put a lot of research and customer feedback into this machine. I really like it and would love to buy one. Unfortunately, the CFO - Chief Family Officer - has declined the purchase request. Nonetheless, GREAT job Kawasaki. It looks like an awesome machine! I hope to own one some day.
Kevin: I have seen many review videos on the KRX, and IMHO yours is by far the best. VERY thorough, easy to understand, and enjoyable to watch. Thank you for providing such an excellent review of an awesome machine!
Its nice they included the "belt air" gauge but that is for after the fact...right...see comparison reviews of Rhino IR gauge that measures the BELT temperature vs HOUSING AIR gauge you have....huge difference in actual Belt temp and surrounding air.... That said, the green one looks AWESOME!
Very aesthetically attractive machine. Seats are too firm and the interior design/fit and finish are not up to par. The suspension and steering components appear to be very robust and the cargo space appears to be excellent. Because of the heavy weight, it will take at least 130hp to begin to be competitive with class leaders. This appears to directly compete with the Wildcat XX -- lots of similarities. This is a good "first try" by Kawasaki and I'm sure they will refine and improve the product in coming years. Your overview was detailed and comprehensive -- many solid selling points that make it a serious contender. I've got a Maverick Trail and have been very happy with it (other than overly stiff rear suspension), but if I were in the market for a new machine, the KRX would likely be a candidate.
Has there been any complaints about how hot the it gets in the cab from hot air blowing in from under the dash I have one and I get a lot of hot air blowing in from under the dash I like the machine but I have to figure out trying to stop that hot air coming in and blowing in on your body from under the dash it's gets too hot let me know if anyone else is experienced that
I love this machine, but the horsepower is WAY behind the competition and that makes me nervous especially since it’s heavier than all the others as well. I sure wish they produced this machine with a turbo.
There not way behind as far as N/A competition is concerned. At 112 HP it's right in the pocket. It's heavier than the rest, but it's built with heavier components. I've seem some sport machines that were built up with all kinds of accessories. They can't be much lighter. I think it could use a HP boost, but most of the owners don't seem to be complaining. It seems to have lots of other abilities that nullify the HP issue to some degree. Wheel and tire package, centrifical clutch, suspension and smoothness, cab room, reliability. As far as basic maintenance, change the fluids on this than do any Can-am. To lots ots of buyers that's more important than HP numbers. Just a thought, ride safe!
That is a nice machine but what can you do about my Kawasaki Teryx Le 2014 when it hits 49 miles an hour it dies it does not go any faster I want a machine that finishes and doesn't stutter when you step on the accelerator at 49 miles an hour how can you fix this for me
This guy just did what my local dealer was supposed to do. Please Kawasaki improve your dealers standards and customer service. The product is great, the service sucks.
I see so many videos and I've researched a lot of these videos and a lot of these two seater UTV's cuz I'm in a process of buying one all I got to do is make up my mind and nobody really gets into the front ends on these things and the suspensions the only suspension that's worthy of going out really thrashing is the Can-Am there are no close-ups of the front suspensions and the rear suspensions on the Kawasaki showing the actual components of the front and rear suspensions it's just if you're spending between 20000 and 24000 I want a vehicle I don't have to mess with or upgrade later on well there you have it
i'm not hating but why not get someone to do a review that is over 5'5" no disrespect but this guy didnt have to duck down to point at the bottom of the machine.... he is very wise in his ability's .....but why sale false hopes for the larger people of america... just saying
the first thing i see is breakable plastic. i wish someone would build a vehicle like these that was truely durable and could survive 1000hrs without requiring a huge maintenance cost
I have been wanting a new KRX since they came out! After watching a guy ... plus, not a young guy... with a ponytail push this thing, has just turned me back to a Can Am x3! I just can't take him seriously after I envisioned him skidding into work sideways with his Members Only jacket and 90's issue Oakley sunglasses, jumping out of his 1985 Camaro, and asking Where is the photo shoot? Cut the ponytail! You are not the life of the party! The sun is setting on you ponytail about the same time your bangs left the party! I think he graduated with my Dad! RIP
Wow!! Thank you for showing us all how stupid and shallow you are. I can guarantee you aren’t everyone’s day dream either. This guy had complete knowledge of his product and gave a better explanation than you could probably comprehend. Please buy a canned ham. Would hate to see a quality unit such as this waisted on an ignorant person as yourself.
Focus Grasshopper. Don't worry about the messenger focus on the message. Some of the best orators and motivational speakers of our time may have a different look. If he pulled in with a brand new Lamborghini and a Hugo Boss tuxedo, and manicured nails would you believe him? Lots wouldn't. They'd think this guy knows nothing about a s×s, again listen to the message.

You only live once.
Kevin... what a great review. I think this is a awesome side by side. Well done and please more update videos...

instablaster.
Nice job Kevin. You can tell he's more than a salesman. He really knows that machine.
Awesome! Just picked up my KRX last Saturday and can’t wait to add all the accessories
This a was an extremely informative, thorough & helpful video. Thanks
This guy is really really good.....I'm getting one.
Krx1000 definitely best looking UTV on the market in my opinion👍
Love it! Great review 👍 Good job Kawasaki!
Good video and good machine
Great video man I hope to get one in the next few weeks
Just a damn fine review - you know what your showing
Thanks for the good info. Waiting to see how it takes the dunes.
Alright fine, great new addition to the product lineup, now give us a new ZX14 next year ! 🐱👤
I love the ponytail
thanks for review... do Kawasaki will come out factory turbo engine?
as of now we haven't heard anything as far as a factory option but there are some aftermarket support for turbo kits.
love the actual parking brake for my peace of mind.

Wow...definitely raising the bar....just needs one more cup holder....😳😎
Great review
Are they gonna have a engine programmer (tuner)soon?
Move over Razor with all your reliability issues on the trail! Kawasaki will lead the Pack!
Redman
Hond Talon is good too
Nice machine. I want!
Same.

Need to show thing off over here in the east at windrock
It's a nice big machine I like it very much
If they made a twin i was hoping it would be a 1000cc vtwin making 130hp 180 turbo. I hate inline twins. A inline triple would be cool

I would get a aftermarket cage
I love this machine, but the horsepower is WAY behind the competition and that makes me nervous especially since it’s heavier than all the others as well. I sure wish they produced this machine with a turbo.
They have a factory supported turbo coming out for it soon. Supposed to add around 76 HP.

I want one so bad
Not legal in Mn and Wi. 65" max width, otherwise I would consider checking one out
yes its just to big
Just wish my packages would come. Month into ownership and still nothing. Geez.......

William Goring did you watch the video? Suspension is covered front and rear. What else would you be looking for? Call a dealer and ask questions.
Ok I'm jumping ship!! Bye bye RZR!!
it's for dirt roads sand dunes ? not a mud toy ?
It needs a dct and l would get one!
Like it just need a 4 seater

Sadly it’s slow off the line compared to all of the competition
True but that could probably be addressed by a different clutch pack and exhaust.
u need the mud flaps
LOL. Most dealers won't even allow you to take it for a ride before you buy it.
LOWER THE PRICE $$$$
the first thing i see is breakable plastic. i wish someone would build a vehicle like these that was truely durable and could survive 1000hrs without requiring a huge maintenance cost
There’s not a right foot out there that can do that!
