- How to latteart & avoid soya / oat milk curdling in light roast coffee?
Pouring killer latte art with milk alternative doesn’t have to be a pain. Hold back on the heat is better for this type of milk as it can’t take as much as cow’s milk can. First break the crema of the espresso bu stir with spoon.
As the cup approaches ¾ full, begin your latte art, keeping in mind that speed is key in avoiding unsightly splitting.
Amazing as always ♡
Does the stirring prevent curdling? I’ve been getting flakes of oat milk in the bottom of my latte and I’m not sure why…
Perfect barista skill . I try more but design not good . Because my machine is old simonelli appia
Nice to see pro using ALDI beans. I wonder how this $14 kg beans stack up against $60 kg beans from speciality roasters
my favorite bean for practice latteart 👍
Didn’t work
You used oat milk not soy it the thumb nail says soy.
Say soy and Oat.. they are an alternative milk.. i used same technique
@@Jibbilittle they are two different milks not the same at all.
@@Sports-media180 I know, if you know technique and apply with any alternative milk, it always work.. everything need to adapt / twist.. dont just looking for any flaws.. looking for knowledge
