Penn State Football/Athletics (through student athletics survey) should announce all their football themes for the following season during the Blue-White Spring Game, so they get a jump on the networks (BTN/Fox Sports, NBC Sports, and CBS Sports) at an earlier time.
The Networks have 7 billion reasons not to care about that stunt. They're all publicly traded companies and answer to shareholders and not PSU football fans.
I guarantee Fox will not pick up Penn State Ohio State game. That is the same day of the Michigan Oregon game I said in the beginning of the year if the Big ten allows a November night game, it will be the Ohio State

Game 7 of the World Series is the same day as PSU/OSU. Fox can't schedule over that time right now.
