There have been several requests for specific fault codes and how to fix them. Probably 75% of error codes require dealer intervention. But, for what it is worth, here is a link to the codes...

We added a link to the Quantum fault codes above for your reference. Still, these codes only tell you what the system believes to be the problem. Most of the problems that occur are computer-controlled systems and require dealer intervention. Though, the most common error we see is accidentally bumping the yellow gear release levers on the motors and disengaging the motors from the wheels. You will get a "motor" error when that happens and just need to flip the yellow lever the other direction on each side of the chair.

Greeting How is my control of my chair, water fell on Qantúm where it is charged and I did not realize that it was wet and I put it to charge and now it tells me on the control screen configuring the network and nothing does not work What What can I do in that case, please, I would like you to tell me.

The easy way to change the time is to get to the settings screen that looks like a gear. Some dealers program this screen to be hidden from consumers (so you don't mess with settings that will mess things up!), so it is possible, even likely, that you will only be able to change the time with a dealer programmer.
does anyone have a videio showing how to use the joystick in the back for caregiver?
My battery's are good but I get no power to the joystick it just won't turn on it dose nothing. Any suggestions?

Is there a way to lock the controls. I have kids around and sometimes they think it's funny to drive off on my chair. We're talking a 5yr old and a 7yr old. I need to keep them safe.
How do you reset the trip switch and alter the time
If you press "up" on the main selection switch, it will go through the various modes. One of those modes is "settings" as default...it looks like a little gear. Your dealer may have removed access to changing those settings, though. If they did, you need a dealer programmer to come give you access.

Follow the cable to the back of the chair. There are 4 screws to remove the plastic back cover, then you can easily see where the joystick plugs into the power module.
I have quantum q6 edge 2.0. the screen cut out and just went blank and now it's not working. What is the cause and how can I fix it. It made a few beeping sounds when she backing up and the screen just went blank it will not come on.
The most likely cause of the screen going blank is that it simply became unplugged from the rear of the chair. If it is plugged in, and you know the batteries are good, you most likely have a bad joystick.
I have a yellow minus sign in green circle what do i need to do to reset
A yellow minus sign shows the chair is in "speed inhibit". It is slowing the chair down because it believes you are tilted or reclined back too far to drive fast safely. Bring the chair back upright and it will change to a green dot and you'll get your speed back!

Sir, I’m sorry to be a pain, but I have an idea, but I’m not an expert or that knowledgeable to come up with what I need. If a caregiver needed to retrieve my chair from another room, and I could write a, “Cheat Sheet”, for them, or perhaps laminate The first few steps; like 1-5, so they could move/drive my chair back to beside my bed, so I’m able to take command and tranfer myself, from my bed to my chair.
Does anyone know why error code 42 will come up in the chair & stop it from working & resetting everything isn't working. We tried resetting battery, circuit breaker & more but the chair is stuck on stop mode error 42
For specific error codes, contact us at 724.228.4568 or your local dealer. Even if we have a code, diagnostics are often required to find the root cause of the problem.

If you have no power at all, check and make sure the cable coming from the joystick is still plugged into the rear. If it is, chances are good it is a battery problem.
