Im not a lawyer so defer to Pam. Do I think Nesto did most of the things hes accused of ? Yes! Do I think FTW's stretched the law to hem him up? YES...Two things can be true. But this what Nesto deserves bc this is what he "bought". I truly believe he was never 100% truthful with any of his attys so they really couldnt defend him. Had he been honest with at least ONE of his paid lawyers, maybe they couldve fought the DA b4 a RICO was ever indicted. But he lied continuously, listened to his slut-puppy, and now look at him 2 years later!Im sure hes telling everything now, but the new lawyer has an uphill battle on his behalf. Yes. That’s why she wasn’t rushing. To report him missing when he didn’t show up to their 4th of July dinner. She was used to him slinking in and slinking out. Also, the fact that she had to send him money should’ve told her he didn’t have any income coming in.

Basically if they weren’t legally married , he couldn’t be charged with Bigamy… so yes, there was a wedding and the legal docs were filed, which is why he can be prosecuted.

interesting in that the motion is for dismissal, but not for a reduced bail. i mean, according to his "girlfriend" she has money, on top of money so I'm not sure why she hasn't bailed him out by now. He's a repeat offender and the bigamy charge alone will send him back to prison.
Apparently, Erika gave up a lot of info to get that plea deal so can’t wait to see the Judge’s response! All those cases cited sound like they’re just throwing stuff at the wall to see what sticks! How many of those cases actually changed the final outcome?
