brass instruments, particularly trombones, trumpets, and sousaphones (marching tubas) produce the most noise so it's always wise to have them in the front. and by the looks of this band they have brass EVERYWHERE on the field lol

Whoever Arranged this is very good. :D. The best arranging i did was with only like eighth notes,half,quarter,whole, and sixteenth| low octave and half of high octave |5 instruments

This is very good. I absolutely love the huge crescendo at about 1:10. You have a lot of sousaphones and you could have done more work with then on the bassline in the beginning however around the second half they picked it up.
