Don't you love it when the guy before you overtightened..... EVERYTHING. The bearings need to be torqued to a specific torque so that the bearings don't wear out prematurely. Also so you don't have to break shit to get the axle bolt off. Love my air tools.

Try soaking with kroil then heat with mapp gas. A couple cycles of kroil and mapp gas works well for me most of the time.

Wow i used an electric impact from harbor freight worked great. Was quite surprized it took that axel nut off. Just a thought for future projects.

It took 10 tries to remove the cotter pin.
I broke a 1/2” breaker bar then went to a 3/4” with a 6’ pipe.
Did air get it off?
