Love Bida’s critical self assessment throughout the bout of his own performance against Kano.

I’m loving the app these guy’s have put out, some really good stuff, I thought I’d skip the beginner and introduction stuff but I was browsing one day and there’s actually some really really cool stuff and it actually caught me out. I probably do 6-10 of their trainings a week, basically you can just have headphones on and listen to it, you don’t need to be watching the whole time.
And from an outsider the NACs look wicked, plenty of people, so many different styles I’d honestly love to come get my butt kicked at one, probably the vets in 5 years 😁.
If a world champion is saying they are tough then they are really bloody tough.

Insightful. It’s great to hear how high level fencers think and learn what they see. Thanks Sam and Sergey!

Great conversation!🎉 so many important nuggets here. Really appreciated his comments regarding technical versus tactical issues. Gave me much to think about in my own game. 🎉🎉🎉

Great interview. It still breaks down to having good solid fundamentals and building blocks for improvement.
