I'm not sure if I missed you mentioning it but I think it is very important to know that you CANNOT form Prussia if the HRE welcomes you without any conditions (which basically happens 50% of the time). In that case you will stay the Teutonic Order!
the "diplomatic" path is actually the fastest way to form Germany, Thestudent has a video on it. basically the bottleneck for the conquest path is admin tech 20, for the diplomacy path its admin tech 10.
I literally mention that's why I am taking this path in the video sir, and I am very aware of this since I mention the same thing in my video 2 years ago xD
8:27 small mistake here. its better to NOT join the HRE and get moral, 100 mil and prestige instead. since once you defeat the poles and finish that mission and form prussia, you automatically join the HRE, AND on top of that you dont have that annoying "you are not allowed to attack anyone in the HRE" debuff. so all in all, its much better to not join the hre on that event. secondly; its good that poland has lithuania as a junior partner. because muscovy will help you if you declare on lith, instead of the poles. and since they are a subject of poland, poland will join.

Note to commenters about doing it in 6 years, there’s no downside to getting Riga as your vessel in the first war. It helps your eco and everything and you should definitely wait out to 7-8 years.
Mister ludi i have followed your guide exactly as you said and i chosed the second branch of the mission tree, Holy Roman Diplomacy, but when i chose it, i only got some mana points and it didn't formed prussia, i don't know what happened i even went back a few times from before i chosed the second branch and it only gave the same result some mana points and that is all, also i tried with the first branch of the mission tree and again it happned the same, what should i do?

Ludi, diplomatic path as Teutonic Prussia lets u form Germany without adm tech 20. All you need is just the mission related to forming HRE, and if you already have disabled it then the requirments/rewards will change and you will be able to form Germany. Just a little abuse to have these imbalance ideas and missions nearly to 1500, spied it on “TheStudent” youtube channel.

Why do u not have rebel factions showcased on ur right of the game, i never see u have it showcased, and u always react to when they spawn instead of seeing it and going to provinces. Teutonic order is a nice way to form Prussia but iThe Playmaker showcased how buggy that country tag is if u get diplomatic advisor or if u pick a privilege that stops the disaster for danzig. It really really becomes buggy where u can't finish missions nor switch tag to prussia at all
I formed prussia with the teutonic order but i had serious problems with aggresive expansion and goverment cappacity because..., i formed it as a DUCAL state i was the Duque in Prussia instead of the king in prussia, please help how can i fix that
I have around 80 hours in this game, playing on easy, following all the steps (But somehow managed to be 5 years later then the guide) and i get recked each and every time i follow a tutorial, including this time. Ludi, if you go down the HRE Path but dismantle the HRE you get to form Germany at Admin tech 10 instead of 20. Think you could try for a Germany speed run.

Last I heard, 1452 minus 1444 was a big bigger than 6. Good video anyway, and feel better.
