    My upper body started to move in an infinity shape during the last Sut Nahm! It feels so nice to be back in The Flow. 🥰🥰🥰

    Started as a 2, ended as a 6 or 7, which considering the year I've had, is very VERY welcome. So thank you for posting this. I will be doing this DAILY. Also my spine feels so much less stiff!! I've got chronic back problems since a bad injury in college, and this made it feel so much better!! Thank you. Thank you. 💚💙

      Yay! Feeling better has many benefits - like being able to see opportunity and feeling well enough to practice.

    Right before I started the video I was at about a 1.5, but as soon as I heard your voice I slid up to a 2. I'm now at an 8.5, which I haven't felt in a long time. This channel feels like a light at the end of a tunnel, an extended hand after a loooong dark night. I'm on day 9 and counting. Thank you so much for creating this channel. Your gift is so very much appreciated. 💙🙏💙

      Oh my goodness yes! I think started following you from the beginning and found joy like never before just with your little 30 min video! I looooved who I was and how I felt! Life happened and I got took off the path taking care of my parents! After that experience couldn’t figure out why I couldn’t feel like that again, thinking it was the emotions from the experience!
      Yesterday this practice after just one time brought my nervous system back ti relaxation & awareness! Like you said, I felt like me again! Thank you so much to you and your team for shining your light on the world! ❤️

    I have Ankylosing Spondylitis which is painful and messes up my walking. I’m trying to prevent it from fusing my spine, which it can sometimes. Absolutely going to try this.

    I decided to come back to this one. This is the one. Day 2 of 40 today(!!!!) One question though: during the bear grip part, when you say to exhale but keep pulling the hands, does the exhale include letting go of the root lock? Because I know that once you've exhaled, you're gripping the root lock again, but I was not sure from the video if you were supposed to let it go first, or keep holding the whole way through, along with the hand grip. Many thanks in advance.🧡

      @YogaVisionOnline  Год назад +1

      Exhale squeeze the lock. Inhale and release. Keep it consistent and you can’t go wrong.

    Day 12 of 40 today. Learning and moving deeper into this practice. ❤One question: should the breath be held when shaking hands overhead at the end? Many thanks!!

      What feels natural to you?

    • @MKhamala
      @MKhamala Год назад +1

      Not holding it. @@YogaVisionOnline

    • @YogaVisionOnline
      @YogaVisionOnline  Год назад +1

      @Khamalat try both and see what happens. I generally hold the breath when shaking to lock in the energy for a nervous system reset.

    • @MKhamala
      @MKhamala Год назад +1

      Ahh, that's why I was asking. What feels 'natural' to me is not always what feels more powerful. Thank you!@@YogaVisionOnline

    I am 7 months pregnant. I practice kundalini yoga at least once a week with an instructor. I also experienced the other practices specially designed for pregnant women on your channel. As soon as I saw this practice, I was intuitively attracted to it. Is it ok for me too?

    • @YogaVisionOnline
      @YogaVisionOnline  Год назад +1

      Hi Melisa - use your intuition AND pls don’t do breath of fire, forward folds or lie on your stomach. Do not pull the navel centre with Sat Kriya. Those are basic guidelines.
