  • In this video I show you guys how to make some super cute boot cuffs for the fall & winter. I've been making these for quite a while now, and I love them. I've never been really good at knitting, but these are so simple to make, I would definitely recommend these for beginners.

** I know that in the video I said that I used 85ft. of yarn to make the boot cuffs, but I just wanted to clarify that 85ft. is just for one boot cuff so technically you will need 170FT. OF YARN to make a pair of boot cuffs **

I learned to crochet a few years ago. I have always been interested in knitting, but find it more difficult.

The way that you're actually supposed to cast off is to knit the first two stitches then put the left needle into the first stitch and pull it over the second stitch. Then you knit another stitch so that there are two and pull the first stitch over it and repeat the process until you have one stitch left on your needle.
A good tip is maybe you should watch how to do it and practice it for yourself before you demonstrate. I think you're a great knitter but I think you should've probably practiced the right ways before you show other people how to do it.
