the alpha comes from another shaman, while the Decoy Totem helps the healer by taking over one melee attack, allowing you to save your skin if you're underdressed. (Grounding Totem is also good last boss in the first phase) However, when you get better clothes, it is better to refuel the alpha. I'll be posting another technique for tanking boss soon!
