Amazing water Lillie’s. Extremely happy to see different shades of Lillie’s. I do have two tubs and introduced KOi fish to control mosquitoes and found that KOI fish attacked all the bulbs in the water as they are herbivores too. Probably I wud like to know the update after your fish grow in size.

Avoid koi fish. Molly and guppy are better, but make sure there is enough water to avoid overheating of water in sun.

Yes, please remove fish when using NPK. For at least week. Although t Depends how strong the dose is but generally you should avoid the presence of fish for atleast a week

There is never any need to change water. It is actually unhealthy for plant to keep changing water as the plant would need to adapt to new temperature, oxygen saturation and nutrient availability in new water. Just top up with more water.
And yes fish makes water dirty. To keep it clean place small pebbles or gravel above soil to prevent fish from contacting soil
