Tools used in community diagnosis

Tools or instruments are what we need in order to get information from the respondents. These are questionnaire, interview guides, focus group discussion guide, measurements gadgets among others. The most commonly used tool is the questionnaire which will be explained further.
The budget will be mentioned in relation the the exercise, all activities have costs attached.
