100% deserved. Growing up I've always loved BIR curries without knowing how to make them. I've been watching you for years, but after I moved out the first curry I actually made was last year. Since that day, I made at least one of your curries a week. Both me and my partner love them and it's so much fun. Now I've got my own gas burner, balti bowl, you name it. You've honestly had a very positive effect on my life. And it really spoke to me about passing it down the generations. I have my first child due in November and it would be great to share the knowledge with them too down the line. Thanks Al and keep doing what you do.

A big congratulations from Dublin. Your videos always remind of eating Indian food in the West Midlands - Ladypool Rd, Redditch, Alcester... Even as far back as the 70s when I was a kid in Erdington when there was a curry house on Station Rd. All good memories and I hope I'll be back in England this summer and hopefully have a nice curry in Cambridge or London. Enjoy your moment and keep making people happy and hungry! You're great! 🙂
