He sees you as a spiritual and blessed person, so he wants to touch you. And as you see after touching you, he put his hands on his face like making Dua. Usually they kiss the other person's forehead or hand out of respect, Its something normal in Afghanistan. Like my comment so that David can see it
Please tell the driver assistant to not throw trash in the streets please. This is second/third video I see him throw things specifically plastic in the middle of the streets.
They are really cool guys, and I have told them few times not to throw things out of car too, but it is hard to explain "why not to" part without the fundamental understanding.
I saw that too, in the other video the guy drank the energy drink and just tossed it across whilst the bin was right next to him. The stall vendor then picked it up and binned it.

Unless they're simply economic migrants playing the system, hardly the behaviour of people from a "safe" country. I suspect that those who are now praising the Taliban regime in the comment section, have already found sanctuary in the west.

It seems that after the US troops withdrew and the Taliban took over, there seems to be a marked improvement in the law and order situation. Iam impressed by the fact that despite the western sanctions, life is after all going smoothly for the people. A great applause to you and Mr.Noor for bringing forth the good part of the country. But the war has left some unhealed scars no doubt.
