Love your channel! Glad you put clipless pedal on ! Personally I like Shimano SPD XT pedal and Shimano XC 90 shoes so you can still walk normally ( somewhat! ).

I honestly wouldn't even think, dream (have a Nightmare!) about riding a Brompton 206 miles in a day (For how many expected hours?), as a Brompton is primarily intended for use as folded - during Transport, and not at all for riding!
But my own much modified Superlight is now down to below 9 kilo (still with mudguards), what's left of it, after I have changed most to titanium and carbon parts, but definitely: Respect! 😄 Finn. Denmark
@BestSideCycling have you ever peddled so fast that your bottom bracket starts to glow orange or white from the heat?
Does that top tube bag work on non-Bromptons too? It’s be great to use it for both of my bikes.
Cool setup ! Does it affect folding the bike ?
@@scotth6676 haha the only thing that stops the fold outright is the aero bar but even with all of this the kickstand mode is still available. I plan on taking the Aerobar off after I make it to Portland to ride the train
