"Good Morning Sam", "Good Morning Ralph". This cartoon was the epitome of adult humor. I remember watching this as a child and never really understanding the dynamics of these two natural adversaries. Once I grew up I got all of the jokes. These cartoons were the perfect allegory of corporate life. The one co-worker you are cordial with but is in your direct competition for supremacy in the work environment.
Really? I liked it even as a kid. It just seemed like two guys who were friends and the only reason they ever fought was just because it was their job/natural order. These were my favorite Looney Toon segments because I always knew that deep down they were friends with no real ill will towards each other that was found in other pairings like Sylvester and Tweety or Coyote and Roadrunner.
The looney tunes melody at the beginning reminds me of sitting on the floor watching these cartoons with my father on the couch, laughing at different parts. Why is it when we grow up we stop sitting on the floor?
Ralph should really get the Wolves' Union to agitate for safer working conditions-or at least better pay and benefits for what he has to put up with....
We don't really know what his salary is. He might be on a really good earner...that's why he puts up with it...come retirement time, he'll be on Easy Street!
To me this is the perfect example of congressmen going to work. Begins with small talk and greetings and then when the issue is presented on the floor the verbal fighting begins. lol
I used to work in news radio many years ago and once a week we had the leader of the state government come to discuss issues with the opposition leader. When they were on-air, they spoke viciously in their arguments to each other but to see them in the prep room beforehand, you'd think they were old school chums!
Good morning Ralph good morning Sam shame the two co-workers beat each other up during work hours yet still go home and be friends at the end of the day lol
It's part of their jobs. Sam has to be the protective sheepdog, while Ralph is the carnivorous wolf wanting to eat the sheep. They need to earn a living to pay bills for their own homes. During break and after work, Sam and Ralph are best friends.
The GInsburgs and Scalias would go hunting together as couples and Justice Ginsburg's husband cooked what the other three caught. The couples were friends, but the two justices were 180 degrees apart on judicial decisions.
I love how they change costumes so many times you can't even tell who is who. And then - it becomes a stick of dynamite. And then it's just snuffed out, because work is over. LOL
3:46 Wow that's actually a good sign bc Ralph could have been seriously injured I like Sam too bc he's actually funny and so is Ralph well now they are back to doing their usual 5:34 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I got a little dog, a great dog, she's half poodle, and half collie, so we call her Polly, and she sits and waits for me just like Sam, and she is built like Sam, and she even looks like Sam!
Can't beat classics like this.

Yep. This is the perfect allegory for business.
The looney tunes melody at the beginning reminds me of sitting on the floor watching these cartoons with my father on the couch, laughing at different parts. Why is it when we grow up we stop sitting on the floor?
That makes me happy, thank you.

When we get old we stop sitting on the floor because it's too hard to get up

I like how they made it a "typical" work day :P One of my favorite cartoons.
Ahhhhh.... Childhood memories....
OMG! This cartoon brings me back to my childhood on Saturday mornings.
Ralph should really get the Wolves' Union to agitate for safer working conditions-or at least better pay and benefits for what he has to put up with....
Coyote Union. Good joke nontheless.

@@carolinagirl1967wile e coyote and Sam sheepdog
What a great invention for those who can,t get out of bed. I can think of two fellas in my home that need one.
omg, Ralph totally toked up at 3:55 and suddenly became my new favorite character.
People rolled their own tobacco cigarettes a lot more often, back then. Notice that Sam is using a pipe.
I feel like Sam the Sheepdog at work, and I try to stay calm. There's a lot more wolves though. I deal with them one at a time on the best days.
I hear ya! I need that gadget the wolf invented! I have a teen son and a husband who have trouble getting their butts outta the damn bed!
"Let's pick this up in the morning" XD
I wonder if Ralph is Wile E.Coyote,s cousin. They sure have some things in common.
Well that's a good question Ralph and Wile e are cousin
He doesn't look it, but Ralph is actually a Wolf. I dont't know why they made him look like Wile W. Coyote.
I don't know either
Yes he is. It is confirmed in the game manual of PS1's Sheep' Dog n Wolf
@@moatguy Isnt in the PS1 game you play as ralph chasing road runner?

That was kinda the point
The life and times of the correctional officer and the inmate.
This is like cops and robbers. At the end of the day, they're working people. All be it, one breaks the law and the other upholds the law.
more like one earns his living and the other mooches off of what other people earn
"It's too close to quit time Ralph let's pick it up there in the morning"
How can he shower with no soap? Whoever made that thing is a genius. It should be manufactured in the real world.
I love watching these twp
talk about breaking the fourth wall when you think about it.

Are Ralph and Sam Looney Tune characters just like Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck and the rest?
My average day at work in a nutshell.

"Pleasant Dreams"
Prologue to Sheep Raider/Sheep Dog N' Wolf confirmed!
era meu desenho favorito fantastico
2019?
Didn't realize as a kid that the only difference between Ralph and Wile E. was the color of their nose.
And their eyes
Don’t forget voices (Wile did talk in some of the cartoons)
I love how they change costumes so many times you can't even tell who is who. And then - it becomes a stick of dynamite. And then it's just snuffed out, because work is over.
LOL
I love how when the whistle blew no matter what they where doing they’d have lunch together 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Toon force is an acknowledged super power for every western cartoon. They bend reality to make it seem fake
Enemies at the workplace, friends when they're off the clock.
U see, these r real cartoons. Not afraid to have a smoke at lunch. And get into some ultra violence.
All what I got from this is “ Church and state”
Sheep Raider :D
this is waaaaaayyyy before Sheep Raider.
i still love that game
My Top 5 Funniest 🔥🔥🔥
1. TOM AND JERRY
2. SYLVESTER AND TWEETY
3. WILE COYOTE AND ROADRUNNER
4. BUGS AND YOSEMITE SAM
5. FOGHORN LEGHORN AND GEORGE
What happened to the quality I think it's good that even tho Ralph gets into trouble Ralph and Sam stay the best of friends also the ending was good
I got a little dog, a great dog, she's half poodle, and half collie, so we call her Polly, and she sits and waits for me just like Sam, and she is built like Sam, and she even looks like Sam!
i need a job like that
1:14 morning sam
Brian Correia morning Ralph
eszméletlen :D
I think this isn't Ralph, a wolf, but Ralph, a coyote. Same difference when it comes to a sheepdog's daily grind.
Morning, Rolf!
I meant fox some :)
HAHAHAHAHA😂😂😂😂
wonder if macgyver would ever be pissed for not thinking of this? =-)
3:56 Is Ralph blowing a number here???? Surely not!
anyone knows the name of the song that starts at 00:14?
It's Rossini's William Tell Overture, movement 3.
Must be a union shop.
Congratulations! You get the joke.
It's official. Sam and Ralph are merely doing this for our entertainment.
anyone know the name of the classical music that plays after opening?
See earlier reply: William Tell Overture 3rd movement
geniali
Eleonora Tudini concordo pienamente!!
Back when they packed humor into 6 minutes instead of a half hour load of trash like some shows these days.
Thumbs up if TeamFourStar brought you here
