I find it hilarious that there are people who think Argyle was useless and made no sense to the story, like in this video alone we see like 10 reasons to why he’s so important, he’s not just comic relief, literally any of the characters could do that, but Argyle sees things differently, he thinks outside the pizza dough freezer, he wears his heart on his finger tip and he’s subtly so caring to El, also the fact that he didn’t do much questioning to El having super powers and stuff, he asked a few and then in general was like “cooool, makes life even more fun”, he’s a needed character imo
I don't think people realize how observant and smart Argyle actually is, Just because he is a stoner doesn't mean he's there just for shits and giggles He obviously helped the others a lot and without him they probably would have never found those tracks, I'm just saying its not a bad thing if he comes back in s5 because he obviously played a great role in helping the others he's a good humor relief from all the tension in the show it gives the watcher (especially one with anxiety) a small breather and a good laugh. And As a stoner myself Argyle is probably one of the best characters. Argyle helped push the story forward and will most likely be in s5 as that lift up and brake from tension because this last season is gonna be a lot. thank you for reading this comment if you did everyone have a amazing day and take breaks!
Can we just stop and appreciate Argyle's incredible work ethic? Seriously. I bet he's a dream employee. Someday Argyle is going to run his own business, no joke. That is not saying his only value is his employability, he is obviously a precious angel who deserves all good things, like a chance to save the world and spend more time with Eden. But he really obliterates the lazy stoner stereotype. Good job, brochacho.
"Got me stressed out and she is not even my girlfriend" will always be my favorite line, that was the part where I really started to love the character.
