Tom you're such a great guy we have so much in common we like to visit the places normal tourists dont go and we have a love for the Philippines and the people and culture and you also eat anything just like me i do hope i could meet up with you and MJ on my next visit if your still living in Cebu as I've told you in messages before my wife's from Cebu also. Great vid Tom ! I love hanging out with the locals . We have a place in the Camotes I am usually there this time of year. Like you said genuine people. You reminded me how blessed I am to have a place over there with my wife. Within the next 12 months I will be building a bar n grill with a few cottages you and MJ will always be welcome.

It's really nice of you to explore on your own but for me sometimes kids are just making or teaching some inappropriate words which I guess they probably would have want some fun with you. But don't believe them sometimes because some just want to make fun. It's better I think if MJ is always around with you because she's a Filipina and can help you translate our dialect. The game their playing is like a gambling game. I used to play that when I was young 😂. So basically, each player agrees how much they have to bet and put it inside the box drawn on the ground. Each player will have to take turns in taking out the coin/coins or bet out from the box using another coin (like a cue coin or cue ball in billiards. You take a coin or coins you are able to move outside that box. The more coins you take out of that box the better. You keep it untill no coins are left then start a new game and so on until you get all ther money of you opponent.

i agree with you about the tourist areas are nice !!, but to rent a scooter and travel to the less progressive towns is the best way and a humbling way to see how life is for the less fortunate,, its amazing how happy and content and understanding of there environment and know in there hearts to just except and love the life they will have,, and to be a foreigner in there community is a nice supersize for them to see from there day to day routine ,, and a little generosity goes a long way !!!! ,, by the way of red horse ,, cigs ,, candy and chocolate ,,l,, alllot of money to them,,, but hardly 20 bucks to us !!
