Thanks for this. I've been deciding on a summer set, and I've been torn between Halvarssons Mora/Malung and the Held Carese Evo/Torno Evo set. I think I'll go with Halvarssons. If you have the pants, could you review those, as well?
The Carese Evo is also great - and has the versatility of the under/over Goretex and probably a bit more venting. However, when I tried the jacket the fit was oddly tight across the back for me in a Large while being a bit big in the arms. If you can try it on without buying, I’d certainly give it a consider. The materials in the Mora wear better though, and it has much more reinforcement in the impact zones. I have not tried the Malung pants, and will not likely do so. Pant venting is definitely an area where Held shines though, so something to consider.
