@@user-bb2ry1ot5y maybe he does. But he doesn't use any of it into his fighting. This would be major *SPOILERS* But from Omega manga, some of the Nikos survived an incident and went on there own way. So that one niko who taught ohma taught his own style and after his death, ohma kinda abandoned his Niko teachings and went on fighting with just his brawl strength with others. Until the kengan tournament of course where he met real deals and had to use Niko style again. And here ohma is 17-18 something, so at this point he didn't meet any other teacher since he was living with his Niko only.

It's ambiguous in the manga but somewhere far north of Tokyo , but it's generally known every country in the world has slums exactly like this,you just won't hear about it in the media because the government doesn't want you focusing on that ,they're hotbeds for criminal activity & the only rule is Darwinism, "Survival of the fittest" it doesn't mean the strongest or the smartest but the one most adaptable to change,still, in a world of extreme violence, strength counts for a lot.
