The album was recorded and mixed in just two weeks. The band wrote no new material for this album prior, and then spent eight straight days writing and finishing a song each day. The rest of the two weeks was spent mixing.

amazing cd, absolutely freaking amazing...this guided me to quitting cigarettes and everyday was a journey. it took me 2 year to get to day 7 and 8..it was worth it, sadly ill never experience something this rewarding music wise again

One of My favorite pieces from explosions, it makes the album cover come alive to me. The sheep dog finding the dead lamb, it's only mission failed after who knows how hard it may have tried. 😢 you can put that into any situation and feel deeply
And that's just one emotion I get.
