As good as Don and Dave are Slade was Nod and Jim for me. Fair play Don and Dave are carrying on the legacy. But Slade has to have Nod and Jim, they were Slade and always will be. They can never be replaced in my view . Two unique guys like Lennon & McCartney - Holder & Lea you were / are legends, not to mention Don and Dave, they made them Slade and are worthy of the greatest adulations available........Miss you all, them were the Days...........keep on rockin, Nod the greatest rock singer bar none, keep doin it boys. When I'm feeling down you always make me feel better and that takes some doing!

Slade were a fantastic band, can't hate on Dave & Don for enjoying themselves & no doubt making a living at it, should have stuck with Slade2 though.
