    Recipe looks great but what is the reason for two pans? Why not just sear the beef and onions in the dutch oven as well? Thanks

    I just tried this dish as a Valentines surprise.....It was phenomenal!!!
    Dropped in a blend with some Cabernet franc on the back end.
    Many many thanks for imparting your considerable culinary expertise to elevate an amateur cook to attempt a dish which would appear out of reach.

    I've always liked cooking
    But since i discovered this channel (yesterday), i feel like i wanna cook more & try fancy recipes like you do.
    This made me buy today 2 pcs of osso bucco. Next weekend i'll cook them and after those, i will definitely try one of your chicken recipes

    This was really easy to followed. Very tasty. I tried one before with rosemary as recommended in the recipe and it was too over powering. My first time lighting alcohol. Thank you.

      I would suggest another recipe, the main ingredient in this one is the red wine.

I want to make it exactly your way but not wine so what do I do. The other recipe you are saying is most welcome because all your recipes are yummy. How is Whiskey I just love to see his expressions standing outside the kitchen because my 🐕 also does the same thing when I am in the kitchen cooking. 😊

    How do you get wine to flambe that much??

      Once the wine boils, it flambés very easily.

      @@recipe30 Well now, I think I must do some experimenting. I made cherries jubilee once, but couldn't get the brandy to light. So I just got some Diesel grain alcohol. That did the trick. Thanks for your response.

    Use Burgundy wine or default a red wine from Pinot Noir grape or Chardonay. Put good big carrot cut in large dice.More Burgundy meat must marinate in the wine the day before otherwise it looks good.

    Adding shallots rather than pearl onions is an excellent idea. No one likes peeling them and frozen peal onions aren’t available everywhere.

    Garlic should be added when onions are ready, then you add your tomato paste for 3 minutes to get body. The rest is good.
