Stephanie Vaquers performance here was so good
I agree she can wrestler only seen her for a couple of times during the build for the match. Hopefully, we can see her more in AEW
Giving a wrestler full creative control is never good. I love Mercedes Mone, but she is no Hollywood Hulk Hogan. Giving Hogan creative control was part of the downfall of WCW
This show to me was ok. The main event was a good match and helped swerve. But the question is will he be champ pass ALL IN? Other than that the show was ok at best most of it I didn’t care. Also DMD is back cool. But is Mone gonna say “that’s gonna not work for me sister” 😂. When the match happens. Good work like always JD
Outside of JD, alot of people know how much of a fan I am of Mercedes. I feel like she's more focused on her look and celebrity than her in ring work but hopefully Britt baker and slap some reality into her
Honestly She has been that way since she Left NXT She is a good to slighty above average wrestler but celebrity and chracter have been her main focus for a long time WWE was just better at hiding her weaknesses
If Wembly is a 14 match card, and Will wrestles MJF in the co main or before…then I’m probably leaving before the main event. After sitting there for 5hrs, I don’t need to see Swerve vs Page. Especially if this includes The Elite in the angle.

I was there and enjoyed the show. I think the crowd did a good job keeping their energy up and not getting to exhausted early on. The crowd was not feeling Mercedes.

aew fans sound more and more like wwe fans everyday they want everyone to come to aew just to watch someone and than when they book them wrong they stuck having to leave aew and rebuild what aew mess up

That being said you said she will not put over anybody anytime soon but you just saw the return of Britt Baker, she's the one most likely to hand Mercedes Mone her first loss at ALL IN !

When.are these new era shows ever really good? You get more of an adrenaline rush because of the high spots. But every match repeats the same spots. It's repetitive 20-25 minute matches. These shows are typically overrated.
People criticize HHH for his 5 match shows but if this had been a 5 match show with the Danielson match,womens title, tbs, ladder match and the main event it would have been an excellent show

To me, Britt Baker is one of the pillar for AEW. It's proven when her entrance on yesterday immediately elevate the status of that TBS title, make us believe that her fight with Mone will be one of the upcoming biggest fight in AEW and has outshine Toni-Mira. To me personally : If there is 1 wrestler that I want to steal it for WWE, it has to be Britt before MJF as she is already consider the complete package like Charlotte Flair.
I missed AEW forbidden door last night because it went too long seriously i love AEW but tony khan needs to stop have dozens of matches and have these shows end at 10:00 or 11:00 not past midnight that's why WWE'S PLE'S are so much better than AEW'S because triple H gives us 5 matches just like he did with clash at the castle in scotland tony khan should take notes I'll be catching up with the review later this morning to see what i missed since i didn't catch this stream live since i was extremely exhausted You're the best JD.

Just say Dynamite is a hit and miss. They can deliver a banger matches, but they can't tell any compelling long-term stories.

Nice to see Mercedes Moné become a double champion in AEW plus having Swerve become a champion with some credibility underneath him I'm very happy for because I know he's been working exceedingly hard for that loved this review of AEW forbidden door on OTS.
Tony is RUINING MJF and it's really hard to fuckin watch... He should have gone to WWE, ESPECIALLY since Turner is now going to be censoring AEW content... he's gonna have to tone the promo's down regardless smh

I enjoy the Elite's gimmick and segments BUT the storyline doesn't make sense. Them winning at Anarchy in the Arena gave them nothing but bragging rights. It should have been for something. Giving Perry the title made more sense in storyline and when that wasn't allowed by Christopher Daniels as the stand in EVP undermind the whole story and the Anarchy at the Arena victory...but I still do enjoy when they're on TV but I have to ignore the storyline.

I’ve been saying this for years, the women’s division is only as important as Mercedes role in it. It always seemed as though she has to be at the forefront and if she isn’t then 🤷 I get the WWE women’s division was sorely mistreated, but maybe there is some truth to the reports on Mercedes. Or maybe she doesn’t trust TKs booking and wanted complete creative control inorder to protect herself. If Mercedes fails then it’s all on her at this point

AEW doesn't know how to handle Mone. They keep going back and forth from face to heel. Make a choice (and it should be as heel) and go with it.
Show was a 2/10 14 matches is way way too much to sit and watch, tbh the card sucked...nothing like AEW making NJPW job to AEW wrestlers every time.
A lot of matches on this were pointless is what the problem was. If there’s zero build or reason behind the match then just don’t do it. Not a single person thought MJF was losing here and the two of them had no back story at all
I love AEW but there is no feeling it's just empty and things need to change.
Swerve and osprey was great but outside that I didn't care.
I started looking at my phone after the first few minutes of OC/ZSJ but they won me back in the last 6 to 7 minutes and I was pleasantly surprised by the OC tapout as OC is very protected.
Most of the ppv was a basic dynamite best part was the main event 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿. ladder match wasn't that good it was predictable missed spots.that's why I was watching the Bet awards was 🔥🔥🔥🔥 💯 do it for the Culture baby. ✊🏿✊🏿 Swerve and osprey killed it 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿 I missed the Mercedes match watching the awards give this a 6/10 it wasn't good. just my opinion ✊🏿💯

I loved ppv...it was hell of entertaining and full of hard hitting pro wrestling matches...if you are a wwe fanboi this is not your cup of tea so why give your opinion on something you dont even like.?? I dont like softass mediocre sports entertainment and i dont even give my views about raw or smackdown or any ple...but 80 percent of guys here are pro wwe fanbois but always have something negative to say about good things happening in aew..thats pathetic...i dont evn dare to call it criticism, its pure hate

Forbidden Door was mid other than Swerve vs.Osprey,Mercedes vs.Vaquor,The TNT ladder match,Toni vs.Mina the other matches were mid and unnecessary this show could've actually been just 3hr show

Here's the problem with Mercedes:
Truth is the Mercedes character is down right cringe & a turn off every time she cuts a promo like she's never gotten over the way she used to in WWE. The "CEO" plunged down my throat in her entrance, the dancing for Christ's sake man is what we're trying to get away from with Bianca. I know Mercedes is a phenomenal talent too but Jesus Christ I'm turned off no matter how great even good her matches turn out I'm still getting this "overrated" feeling towards her with the amount of hype she came in with, if it ain't fallen off a cliff yet it's definitely on life support right now with Mercedes because WHO IS VAQUER to these people IN NEW YORK yet the crowd turned on Mercedes & went all in on the girl from 300 Rise of an Empire. 🚩🚩
What a horrible show. AEW continues to disappoint. Fell asleep during the awful Moxley match, that dude is washed.
The show was alright, but I feel bad for Moxley and Naito. The crowd didn't even care about the match. It was pretty much the worst match on the show.

Forbidden Door 2024 was not as good as 2023. The ppv was overstuffed with 15 matches total, and ran overly long. I don't know why TK booked too many nothing matches on the Zero hour. The show didn't feel like a banger.
