    多謝Dr.Joe的分享,電話有D "Tabata" app, 可以set一開始要幾耐ready, exercise time, rest time, total做幾多組。最後3-5粆會倒數.

    汪醫生你好, 本人經照磁力共振後發現頸椎有椎間盤突出壓着神經線, 頭望右或右上方時,右手食指及中指就會麻痺疼痛, 揸車時右手亦會痺痛, 已有約兩個月, 如何是好?
