TIKI PUKA PUKA 2013 cocktail

Spicy rum with tasty fruit finish. Excellent tiki libation. Trader Vic's Concentrate recipe, circa 2013. Comes in at 28% ABV.
MIXING NOTES: This recipe follows the official Trader Vic recipe for their Grog Concentrate. It is presented here so the official taste can be experienced.
However, sometimes a better rum is recommended (based on my second mix of this cocktail). Use Plantation 3 Stars rum instead of TV Silver, as it adds flavor and positively transforms this one into a reorder libation!
