Oh, OK maybe I spoke too soon… Now that I have listened to more of your teaching, I see you’re going off course. You cannot substitute the word space for the word firmament. They do not have the same definitions. In many instances, the scripture describes even more details about the firmament, and those details described by scripture do not fit the description of space.
Deuteronomy 4:2 Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the Lord your God which I command you.
He is explaining words in their translation of what the original language was. He is not adding to or subtracting from but expanding our knowledge.
Read your Bible people don't listen to what other people tell you it says. The way the sky explains Genesis and the recreation is nothing like what the Bible says. Read your Bible it says God moved upon the face of the deep and he said let there be light and he saw that the light was good then he said let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters to separate the waters from above the firmament from the waters below the firmament that was the second day then he laid the foundations for the Earth so the Earth can never be moved and he uses those exact words in Genesis then he created the boundaries for the waters so they would not surpass his command word for word is what Genesis says then he raised up the land in the middle and called that Earth the Bible never calls the Earth a planet ever anywhere in the Bible. Like I said people read your Bible yourself don't listen to these people because they are lying to you read it for yourself don't be lazy be smart.

Raqiya Is a Hebrew Word that has been translated as firmament. Some people believe that Raqiya is a solid Dome over the earth not sky.

But it's a closed system. "Outer space" is water.

Why you are subtitule the word Firmament for space?
The original and real name that God gave to it was Firmament!
When people want scripture to mean something that it doesn't they point to "translation issues" and say a word more accurately means X. In this case he wants it to be space so he can believe science and the bible at the same time. A quick google search of the term Raqia does not return "space". Whatever his source is something obscure and cherry picked it seems.
You say that because of the KJV. The NASB (a more literal translation) uses "expanse".
It is my understanding , morning stars refer to higher ranked angels. First day God made heaven and earth. During this time, the angels and morning stars higher ranked angels praised and sang with joy for the Lords wisdom and creation.

No pastor. the Bible says that the firmament is solid enough to hold back water. During the flood God opened windows in the firmament to bring in enough water to cover the mountains. Ever wonder where that water came from or where it went? The Bible says that the earth does not move.

Man lies about our origins, about the nature of our Earth, about how long our Earth has been here, about the dinosaurs and about Climate Change. God does not lie or get things wrong and it makes me ill to watch a supposed pastor twist God's Word to make it fit man's lies.

So if GOD place the world on its foundation so it would never move, where is all this space and moving through space like your scientists and you believe is happening. Psalms 104:5-9... According to the verse sounds like the earth is sitting on it foundation and so it would never be moved like the verse say. Your science and the Bible don't go together even though you trying to put them together. So I stopped the video and had to leave this channel because the Bible say the earth is fastened and not moving....

Your interpretation is just that. That's what you think it means. You aren't teaching the word of God you are teaching your opinions and leading people astray.
But even if you substitute the word space for firmament what about THE CREATOR separating the water from above from The waters below? I mean
That is fairly specific especially since their both referred to as bodies of water? How can there be water above just as the water that’s below the firmament (Space) that water turning into a water vapor still doesn’t explain what happened very well the Bible was just so specific and I think that would’ve been clarified if that was the case. I have scene videos of NASA doing rockets tests and when they got up to a certain point the hit something and you can clearly see a ripple effect throughout the sky after the rocket hit something.
The water above would have turned into ice. The firmament protecting the earth before the flood from harmful cosmic radiation. Explaining why everything grow so huge and lived so long. Stars may have been created to out of water. Like everything else seems to got created or made out of water.

There are different layers in our atmosphere. Some are very dry, and some are very wet, and some have very little oxygen, etc.
As far as what happened to the water above the firmament, that is explained in the account of Noah's flood. The bible describes the water coming down from above and coming up from below to flood the entirety of the planet. The water above the firmament came down and flooded the earth which is why it's no longer there in the same way. There is still water in the atmosphere, but not like it was in the very early days.

He lost me at "Rotation of the earth" and "gravity". The bible never mentions those. There is no invisible force (gravity) holding us down. And the earth does not rotate. The sun and the moon rotate over the earth. The earth is stationary.

Another cool thing about stars... you can take a P900 or newer camera and zoom in on them. They are all different colors, patterns and seem to be dancing in water. In fact you can find many people who have posted them right here on utube.

His model is wrong. The scriptures says that God placed the sun moon and stars within that space (firmament) which was made by the separation of the waters. That means the separation of the waters produced the first two heavens (the earth’s atmosphere and outer space where the sun moon and stars are actually located) not just earth’s atmosphere alone. Therefore the waters above the heavens is actually between the Third heaven and the Second heaven. It created a barrier between God’s realm and the natural world.

I like the way you preach , I’m going to finish this video in a minute but I kinda wanted to point out a couple of things , first according to Psalms the firmament is still holding up water ( not vapor but water ) and in Job it’s described as solid as something that was beaten into shape , it’s also referred to as crystalline as a molten looking glass , that really changes the idea of the stars being strewn out trillions of light years from earth if the Lord set them in the firmament like He said He did , Jesus is The Morning Star and and evidently Lucifer was a morning star , so maybe it’s a term for angels or ranking angels , sadly if I understand right , the recording of the celestial bodies is produced by nasa , I wouldn’t believe nasa if they said the sky was blue considering their manifold lies , but if the morning stars are just stars , why would God make them before He made the firmament to put them in ? And why would the Lord call the sun something different if it is a star , I mean He goes on some about the sun and moon and then gives the billions of other things in the firmament a casual mention…He didn’t make the plants and then the dry land , so why would He make the stars and later make the firmament ? The angels were created before God set the foundations of the earth , we know that because on that day they all rejoiced , God had to have set the foundations on day two or three because on day three He caused the dry land to appear , the stars weren’t created until day four , the stars are not angels.

If we rely on physics, as taught by school, gravity results from circular motion, with that "force" (in this case gravity), pulling towards the center. Think about this, if the earth revolves, what was it revolving around as it existed before the sun?

Thank you for the teaching. Keep in mind that the scripture clearly teaches that the earth does not move. Oh, and believe it or not over the centuries, many scientist have declared that it cannot be proven whether or not the earth is moving or at a standstill. That may be hard to believe, but it is very true. Even Einstein made this kind of statement.

@@allennolan I've never read about space and vaccums in the bible. In fact 2 Kings 23:5 is the only place planets is referred to and the Hebrew culture used that word for our horoscopes.

I MUST clarify this confusion here bc I’ve seen this asked by several people just in these comments alone, and elsewhere in the past! The name “Lucifer” is NOT contained in the original Hebrew or Greek biblical texts. In short, it was the Catholic Church which assigned the name "Lucifer" to Satan. I’ll try not to get too wordy, but a truthful thorough examination requires much explanation lol.
In 382 A.D. Pope Damasus commissioned the scholar Jerome to make an official revision of the many Latin versions of the Bible that were floating around in the Catholic Church at that time.
Jerome understood that Isaiah 14:12 is talking about Satan. The scripture reads as follows: “How you have fallen from heaven, O shining one (heylel or halal), son of the dawn! How you have been cut down to the earth, You who vanquished nations!”
There the Hebrew word "heylel" is used for Satan, and Jerome translated this into Latin as "Lucifer"!
This is a mistranslation!
The Latin word "Lucifer" is made up from two Latin words. These two words are:
Lux (=light) + ferous (=to bear or carry).
Thus the name "Lucifer" means in the Latin language "Light-bearer" or "Light-bringer".
But that is not what the Hebrew word "heylel" means.
THE CONTEXT ALWAYS HOLDS THE KEY!
IF the word "heylel" derives from the word "halal", THEN the word "heylel" could theoretically have one of these two vastly contrary meanings:
A) It could mean "A Bright One, Someone worthy of Praise".
B) It could also mean "An Arrogant Boaster, A Lunatic, Someone who is Mad".
However, the word "heylel" cannot possibly mean "day star", because neither the word "day" nor the word "star" has any connection to either of the two potential root words! Likewise, the word "heylel" cannot possibly mean "Light-bringer" or "Lucifer", because neither potential root verb in any way implies "bringing" anything, or "carrying" anything! It is a jump in logic to infer that "a Bright One" must be "a Light-bringer".
It should be clear that the word "heylel" is not a name for the individual being spoken about (i.e. Satan), but a descriptive term applied to that individual, intended to sum up all the attributes exposed by the next two verses!
The context makes absolutely clear, beyond any doubt, that God intended the bad meaning of "halal" to form the basis for the noun "heylel"!
In other words, if "heylel" is derived from the word "halal", then the way God intended for us to translate Isaiah 14:12-14 into English is as follows:
"How are you fallen from heaven, you incredibly arrogant and mad boaster, son of the morning (i.e. Jesus Christ, the Morning Star, created you); how are you cut down to the ground, who weakened the nations; because you thought that you could ascend up to heaven, to be above all My holy angels, and to then knock Me off My throne and replace Me as ruler over everything."
I also found this…the name Lucifer is DEEPLY ROOTED in Greek MYTHOLOGY, and as any God fearing person knows…mythology is DEFINITELY NOT GOSPEL!!!

It was thus used by John Milton (1608-74) in Paradise Lost, and the idea underlies the proverbial phrase “as proud as Lucifer.”
Again, these ‘poets/scholars’ etc use/used the name Lucifer bc they were ignorant to the facts. These men surely weren’t going to exhaustively seek out and study these Hebrew word roots; therefore these men’s words are merely fictional at best.

Side note: I read in a comment where someone said Satan appears as an angel of light. This is 100% true, but it mustn’t be confused and made to mean he is the Morning Star. 😉

At 5:18 mins you mentioned "Does that makes sense?" I think God's Word makes more sense than what you are trying to show us from a globe illustrated perspective. Water going around a big globe, hold by gravity? Give be a break...Gravity so strong that can hold bodies of waters so heavy wrap around a ball earth but a small bird with wings can take off to the heavenly atmosphere...where then is your logic and observation?

The earth did not begin to rotate on the very first day, or any other day for that matter. Be careful not to add to or take away from Word of God......
God didn't mention airplanes either, yet here they are. Be careful not to attribute meaning to scripture that isn't there.
God talks about the circle of the earth and He also talks about the 4 corners of the earth. He says it's immovable and also mentions how he shakes it numerous time. These are clearly figures of speech and picturesque speaking styles, NOT to be taken literally or as some discourse as to how the universe operates.
Remember, scripture says It's the Glory of God to conceal a matter and the Glory of Kings to search it out. The bible was never meant to be a book on the cosmology of the Universe, that He left for us to discover. Back in the day, scientists like Isaac Newton saw science as the means to study and learn about the character and nature of God by unlocking the mysteries of creation.
Interesting how the flat earthers want to reduce the splendor of the heavens and the glories of God's creation to a mere dome on a 8000 mile disc.
The flat earth model completely fails to show anything we can actually see with our own eyes. The sun, moon and stars do not circle overhead, like the FE model shows. You can't have a lunar eclipse with the FE model. German Equatorial mounts don't work on the FE model. All the travel distances in the Sothern Hemisphere completely blow up the scale shown on the FE, as stretching out a globe to a 2D drawing will do. The further from the center, the more the distortion.
Trying to get the actual observable paths of the sun and the moon in the sky to work on a FE model, is absolute chaos. Even worse trying to show the planets, the stars or the nebula and galaxy. ALL objects you can observe with a telescope and point to and track with an equatorial mount for photography.

You seem to disagree with the Word of God. God MADE the greater light SUN to rule the day, and the lesser light MOON to rule the night. Then He sat them in the firmament of heaven to give light on the earth. Yes, it was the fourth day, v19. You say that "they say" there are stars 100x larger than our sun? Who are you going to believe, God's Word, or your scientists? (1•Timothy 6:20-21) You are twisting scriptures to make it say what YOU think it says (2•Peter 3:16). I've been saved and a student of the KJV Bible for 43yrs. Anybody watching this, study for yourself praying for the Holy Spirit to teach you.
