So I'm sitting here watching and I haven't gotten all the way through the video yet. I haven't completely decided if this product is for me or not yet but one thing I can say is this is the best handheld light review I've ever seen and I watch about 20 hours of reviews / week. ( After finishing the video ) Okay so after watching the full video I can say this will be the first product that I will be purchasing solely on the information given from a single review. 👍👍 RUclips reviewers should be taking notes, it doesn't take an hour and a half to show a product if you do it efficiently 👀 at you Nothinfancy. 😁
I carried the E5 at work (maintenance in a steel mill) for 5 years and literally beat it to death, it's been returned to the manufacturer for warranty repair, but it still works. I currently have the E9 and it's even better. I've sprayed it countless times with break cleaner to clean it, it's been electrocuted, dropped from 50 feet onto concrete, used as a hammer, been laying next to welds while welding, charged hundreds of times, basically it's been tourcher tested beyond limits and works every time. The other guys at works will call me so I can bring my Jesus laser beam flash light to light things up. Our building is 210' tall and it will light up the building all the way to the top like the sun's up. I can't say enough about this light and how tough it is. Every time I think, this will break it for sure, it turns back on.
i liked the tactician so much i bought another one...and then i lost one. the usb and magnetic charging of this light is very appealing to me. i'll be buying one soon
The E9G is what I have on my AR and it has worked great for quite some time. The pressure pad actually works good as well. I also have the Powertac M5 that I use as my edc. I'd take a Powertac over an Olight any day.
All the people bitching about "Chinese crap" are typing typing their responses on Chinese crap, so.. I've been looking for a good EDC light, and I'll give this one a try. Thanks, captain.
i don't know, maybe i'm being too picky, but it would be just my luck, that i get one of these, charge it up and store it in an EDC or MED bag. then, when the bag gets moved around in storage or whatever, the strobe button inadvertently gets pressed against something in the bag which runs down the battery without my knowing it. then, when i go to use the light, it's dead.
Awesome lights. They might be “made” in China, but they are designed in Raleigh NC, across the street from Cree who are their LED / electronics partners.
I wonder how long it will be until our favorite gun channels are all doing reviews on baby diapers and baby powder..... and the advantages of super absorbency and tactical velcro tape?
to turn the strobe light on and stay on, after you turn the light on from the tail cap, hold the side button, will change the light to the strobe mode and stay on, thanks, Powertac Team

You can back off the tailcap to lock out the buttons.
I need that light. I currently carry a Fenix UC35 V2 and it's only about half as powerful.
