@@BEYONDPREMIERE and someone from another site mentioned that there’s a boogie man or the color drawings are in black of a person that’s in control of the town
@@BEYONDPREMIERE The history could be that centuries have suffered there according to those dates in the cave the earliest was what 1500? The evidence of the other village possibly could be from the 1800’s. The demonic monsters are dressed to the century the lost are familiar with. On Reddit they’re asking the same questions. But they liked the show Lost more. They say Lost and From are similar. I never watched Lost
I liked Jade’s description of this area being like a jigsaw puzzle with only a few pieces…and not even the good pieces, like the corners or the edges. He compared living there to opening a book in the middle and trying to figure out what happened earlier in the first half of the story. I believe the 47 year cycle is key to understanding how this all works, as you pointed out. I also feel that the log cabins are from the Civil War era, the lighthouse was built in the 1700s, and the dungeon where Boyd found Martin was built in the 1600s. I think each person plays the same role in each cycle: there is always a person who hears voices (like Sara), there is always a person trying to figure out the meaning of the symbol (Jade, Christopher, and maybe the Union soldier?) I found it interesting that the soldier has one pale eye and in the promo pic for season 3 we see Jade with one pale eye, as well. The man drinking from a human skull is missing an eye, so perhaps it ties to the pale colorless eye? The map on the walls of the cave and the map drawn with crayon in Victor’s box truck hideaway show the cabins. The cave drawings also show people in canoes, and there is a dugout canoe next to a cabin where Kenny and Jim spent the night. Someone described the town as being built by somebody who has no knowledge of what a town is. Like they based it on how a town should look from pieced together memories of other people. I always thought that makes sense. We know that Victor found his mother’s body by the bottle tree. He told Tabitha “This is where I found her. She never made it into the tree…” but I hope Eloise made it to the lighthouse and back to Camden. I firmly believe that the paintings in Henry’s basement are hers. One other thing I found interesting was when Jade and Tabitha looked over the pictures Eloise had drawn. Jade picked up a paper with a drawing of Civil War soldiers and got excited. He said it was the same thing he’d seen in the forest. He asked “But why would a little girl draw a picture of soldiers?” Tabitha corrected him, saying “But remember, these are pictures of stories told to them by Victor’s mother.” Do the stories that people tell one another come to life in the woods? Is the cycle based on the tradition of oral histories passed down from one generation to the next? So many unknown questions!
I agree with some things and dis-agree with others. 1st the Vikings were the ones who arrived by boat. They arrived during the 1st year on the wall. I'm not sure if they brought the talisman with them or created them upon arrival. But they needed them because they massacred the Native Americans for the land which caused the cursed in the first place. Check your history, Vikings created and used talisman. My guess is that the infamous Salem witch, Tituba, who I think is the witch from Elgin's dreams will make a formal appearance, 4th season or 5th and lay down the curse!!! Another thing: the totem poles. I'll bet the inhabitants of the spooky town, "took the fight to the demons," as Kenney suggested, chopped off their heads and displayed them for the "other" demons as a warning!! Finally, as Ethan says, "it's a quest". When the riddle is solved, the curse will end!
Few important things people dont really talk about anymore about From. 3 things. 1. The way the house collapsed when they dug a hole in the basement 2. The rain came when they got the CB radio working and it was like a random micro burst, So those two things seem like someone has control over what happens here. 3. The bracelet Tabatha found in the storage house. Something she made years ago and lost and now in fromville.
There's no Motel- only the broken sign and ì in the pool. The sign isn't broken in Victor's flashback to when everyone died and the Motel's name was The Star Light Motel. Something happened between then and the series first episode. Was there an entire cycle of events and people between the flashback and now?
This series reminds me of a Twilight Zone episode where a boy with mental powers isolates his town from the rest of the universe. In the same vein, one character could be creating this, trapping the people in Fromville for his amusement.
not sure anyone mentioned this, but the fact that it is now colder and we are getting snow soon, makes for a much more gripping and intense atmosphere, im not sure why but the cold and snow with horror or mystery go hand in hand together.
I noticed that the weather is bizarre. One minute raining, then fog, then sunshine, then snow, then all the snow has melted in like 30 minutes. Crazy, and how Victor says something bad is going to happen because it had never snowed before.
I have so many questions. And this show just gives you enough. To keep you coming back. I think season 3 we will start getting answers. What’s up with them creepy children? Victor’s mom said she has to go free the children. This evil entity that controls everything. What does it want. And why was these particular people chosen? To end up in Fromville?
@@BEYONDPREMIERE me too. I hope they don’t drag it out. For too long like that did The Walking Dead. Because things get redundant and pointless. When there is no solution.

What I want to know is, if Miranda saw visions of the town and of the kids, she probably knew about the horrors about the town, so if she knew all this why did she bring her children with her to the town?
I have a theory. Maybe it's the forest, the woods that has some kind of a supernatural force that lures people into the town and then causes all the visions and gives them the vague clues about how they can escape. A lot of emphasis have been given on how Victor keeps studying how much the trees moved, the soil getting poisoned and the Far away trees that give temporary safety to the people. Perhaps something happened in 1864, that people must have done something to make the town at the cost of something that the forest lost and years later maybe their ancestors passed down generations are now being lured in and punished for what their ancestors did in the past. This theory kind of fits. Explains a whole lot.
Awesome analysis! I’ve noticed that the pictures of children in Henry’s basement often display two sets of kids that look the same. For example, there seems to be two identical boys and two identical girls being “licked” by a giant man with a yellow tongue and trees for teeth. However, one of the “twin” girls and boys looks horrified, and the other ones look more ominous. I think that these two sets of identical children that we see in this (and many other) pictures represent the the separation ritual of the body and soul (like when we saw two Julies, Randalls, and Maris). I also think that that yellow “tongue “ was actually the children’s life force, or soul, being sucked out of them. Finally, the children in the picture with their souls being sucked out looked like they were hanging from strings… like puppets. Maybe once this creature takes their souls, it can control them like puppets. After all, we have seen Christopher’s puppet enough times to know that it contains a deeper meaning.
@@blessedlife8687 Awesome analysis yourself! I never considered this. The concept of the body and soul separation (and the fact there were two Randalls, Julies, and Marielles) was something I had overlooked! Good work.
Here's the real question, how does Randall know how to butcher a goat?? Like seriously does anything about this guy say I know how to butcher a goat?? Do we really know that he was going to eat this goat?
How does that seem odd for Randall isn't he wasn't he in the military or something like that I mean he had the rifle did he not come with that, so wouldn't he know how to use it and in turn know how to butcher an animal I mean it's not really all that hard if you've seen it done before or practiced!!
Fantastic show!!! However I hope they give us at least some answers this season cause almost 20 episodes in and I have more questions than before. I think Boyd will craft a plan this season to somehow defeat the monsters cause of what happened to Lue right in front of his eyes.
I think it's something the natives kept at bay. Once they were killed by the colonists, the colonists took or was forced to take the place of the native guardians. Barring it as punishment for the tribes death.
What if Christopher was the one who was supposed reset the town but since victors mom made him hide and he lived the town didn’t get reset. That is why the creatures are stuck wearing the older clothing from the last town reset?

That radio turned on when they saw kenny destroyed arter finding out about his moms death as if they laughed at him. It could not be a coinsidence that radio song turned on, especially that song. The place is laughing at them.
I think Tabitha leaving Fromville has affected the town, crops dying etc who drew those paintings in Henry's basement? I have a feeling it's Eloise since she drew the pictures in the trunk of the car. The painting with the two heads almost merging into one, could that be Fatima and the creepy lady that Elgin sees?
Some thoughts for you... There has been talk about food shortage from before Tabitha left. In S03, I'm not sure, but I think Donna says that everything that the storm rain touched has become rotten. Because of that, I'm thinking it's the storm that has spoiled the food and land. Lastly, the paintings in the basement may be too complex for little Eloise... And there are so many.. So it's either adult Eloise who's painted them, or it was/is Miranda who painted them.
@@asvee9581 I see. I'm thinking the same. I don't understand how the storyline will progress if the paintings are by Miranda, as she can't add too much to the storyline now, with her dying back in Victor's childhood. It is still possible though!
What about the angkooy kids. From Wikipedia- The Ankou is the henchman of Death (oberour ar maro) and he is also known as the grave yard watcher, they said that he protects the graveyard and the souls around it for some unknown reason and he collects the lost souls on his land. The last dead of the year, in each parish, becomes the Ankou of his parish for all of the following year.
One thing I noticed as well is that the young Eloise had drawn the civil war soldiers as well. When Victor gave Tabitha the drawings and was crying you can see her drawing of the two soldiers. I was actually wondering why she would draw these. And why would she draw the tower? This is one of the reasons that I believe Tabitha is Eloise because when you look back at ep9 season 1 while digging the basement, why would she suddenly dream of the Tower? And when they were showing the flashbacks you can feel and tell that those might have been when she was a kid when she left to follow her mother. Another thing as well to consider is when Victor stated he always thought these were dreams. What if every time someone sees something in this town thinking they were dreaming (for exam, Jade) What if these were memories of some sort? So far, only Jade Tabitha and Victor have seen the symbol. And so far, only Jade who has a real connection to this symbol. Something else we could think of as well, what if the people really died and reincarnated then the town choose them again to go over the same cycle. Oof, so many theories LOL. This show is making me so obsessed with it.
What makes this show great, is that we the audience truly never know more than the people in the town. Our guess is as good as theirs, but there’s plenty of hints.
Never in my life have I seen any one steer clear of making an actual point like you just did in your video. No clues, no secrets, just plainly told us what we already knew. Kudos bruh
Sorry, I'm coming back to comment on your video again. So obsessed with the show lol. So I have a question, after hearing you mentioned the dog. Boyd called him Gus. But if you pay attention to the drawings in the beginning Que sera music clip. You will a girl, a boy and her/their dog. That same drawing, Victor hurriedly went back to check and look at it again to make sure he was seeing the dog correctly when he was in the forest with Ethan beginning of season 1 ep 2 or 3. So for me I think the dog is real, just like the chickens, the goat, the cow etc... One other thing, what's up with that drawing of the girl with one arm?
@@dominicmonj243 what! You don’t need to apologize man 🥺you comment all you want, I appreciate it so much 🙏 but there’s two dogs and one of those dogs is like a ghost 🤔🤔
Here's my theory i think that the town and the jungle and everything present in there like the monsters, animals like crow, spiders, boy in white basically everything is controlled by someone lets name him god. The people of that area who lived in jungle whose House we saw in the recent episodes used to pray to that god and they also used to do some rituals to make him happy which we saw in drawings in the tunnels, i think those are made by the tride that lived there but victor said that paintings were made by the monsters which i don't think is the truth because the monsters sleep during day and comes out at night so they don't have time to draw and all. I think that the god is somehow trapped, he wants to be free thats why he trap people from outside world so that they can free him and by making him free i mean from earth not from the village as many people says that by breaking light in lighthouse will make him free and he will control outside world, i think that he can already control the outside world as we saw victor's mom had dreams about that place when she was outside so he was able to control her and thats how he gets people in fromville amd whoever the god is i think he want people to go out in jungle and find answers and i think that's how he will be free as we have seen multiple times in the series that whenever someone went to jungle they have found something good like boid found animals, talismans , lighthouse, Tabitha went outside too with the help of lighthouse which is present in jungle and in recent episodes the asian sheriff found vegetables in the jungle, i think the god grew these vegetables for them he wants them to be alive so that they try to get free from fromville and make him free and we have also seen that the god doesn't want them to discover anything in the town because when tabitha tried to dig hole in the house the house collapsed and when her husband tried to build tower storm came and destroyed bulbs which is the gods power he can control everything there and I think the talisman can't do anything in front of god as we have seen him destroying tabithas house which had a talisman and he can kill people in daytime too as we saw him killing that girl in her dream that too in day time in house with talisman I think he wants them to be alive and he want's them to be afraid so that they try to escape and make him free thats why monsters are there so that they can make people afraid and i don't think there is any way to leave this town , they can only leave when they make him the god free and i think the monsters were people who made this town and we also see their furniture which is in Tunnel with them they must have failed to make the god free and died and i think that the god controlles Tabitha and victors mom and they keep getting dream about freeing children i think that means to free the god and the boy in white is also controlled by him just to foll people that there is someone helping them as we saw when all the people from town died he was smiling and playing and the lighthouse will play an important role in freeing the god
I'd love for someone to look into this: First season 1 ep 1 when Jim talked about his 83 Volvo car do you one of the cars that Victor drove away from the town might connect to Jim? And also why the significance of screens about all the crochet materials. Especially when Elgin was talking about his time his grandma in making Owl crochets. I noticed that there is a crochet cover that was in Jade's dream when he first saw the sign in the room while drinking and the crochet in season 3 ep2 trailer when Tabitha is talking to Victor's dad. That crochet blanket is behind Victor's dad. I could be wrong but could be the same blanket? Maybe.
I saw another video that explains what the 7 kids are saying. The subtitles of the show are either accidentally, or intentionally, incorrect. It’s spelled slightly differently but pronounced the same, and it’s correct spelling is in like Latin or something . I can’t even remember what it translated to cuz it’s been a minute since i watched that video, and tbh can’t even find it again. But yeah it’s like “savior” or “the one “ or some prophetical word like that
I was avoiding it thinking it another walking dead scenario but my sister convinced me to watch. It definitely has potentials but some plot holes frustrated me. Still at episode 5 season 1
Am i the only one who kinda lowkey ships kristi and boyd. I know its nothing to do with the clues but i wanted to express that they have good chemistry.
MY own personal opinion on the boy in white : I think whatever entity controls the town, was summoned long ago. And to be summoned, they needed an innocent sacrifice. his German Shepard tried to stop them and died to.

Half way through and you said absolutely nothing. We know the pictures the motel the children, the word ankui and the numbers abd dates are not random.
Halfway through what? Laying out the groundwork? Building a foundation for a coherent theory? Unlike some, I don't just throw out random pronouncements and call it analysis. I build arguments, brick by brick, supporting my conclusions with evidence and logic. Yes, the pictures, the motel, the children, "anghkooey," and the numbers are significant. That's obvious. The question is how they're significant, how they connect, and what they reveal about the town's nature and purpose. That's what I'm exploring. That's what takes time. That's what separates a true analysis from superficial observation.
why doesn't anyone take a closer look at the scenes with victor in the cave with the flashlight. the drawings on the cave walls had drawings of small boats. i don't read theories, maybe someone has already written them, i'm not sure. my idea is that the way out of the town will be through the river. boats, maybe swimming. but i wonder how they will end the series. there is not even an answered question yet :)

@VladimirLemicah I meant adult Eloise. I have a feeling she escaped somehow.
We're in a way members of the town, we're a character in it's own right thanks for the comments
Never in my life have I seen any one steer clear of making an actual point like you just did in your video. No clues, no secrets, just plainly told us what we already knew. Kudos bruh

If the talisman keeps them out can they keep them in? Can the monsters be trapped in a lodging with the talisman placed on the outside?
no, remember how they were inside in episode 7 pf season 1, there was a talisman, once they're in they're in and can escape.
@@BEYONDPREMIEREin which case, they're screwed, as next episode boyd plans to do just that.
@BEYONDPREMIERE haha, thanks! Ah I see. I didnt catch that. But I think there's something with this dog we're missing.
Maybe.
I agree. The show wouldn't have made him say the exact make of the car if it wasn't important
@davev2232 ya!
I kept thinking about this. And I don't recall him talking about his parents as well. Not sure if that matters.
go to 3:40 just over her shoulder you can see Fatama eating the garbage
I saw another video that explains what the 7 kids are saying.
The subtitles of the show are either accidentally, or intentionally, incorrect.
It’s spelled slightly differently but pronounced the same, and it’s correct spelling is in like Latin or something . I can’t even remember what it translated to cuz it’s been a minute since i watched that video, and tbh can’t even find it again.
But yeah it’s like “savior” or “the one “ or some prophetical word like that
I think I watched that analysis, was it, "you're here"?
I was avoiding it thinking it another walking dead scenario but my sister convinced me to watch. It definitely has potentials but some plot holes frustrated me. Still at episode 5 season 1
It’s a slow burn but it definitely gets better.
Am i the only one who kinda lowkey ships kristi and boyd. I know its nothing to do with the clues but i wanted to express that they have good chemistry.
I wonder what would happen if the lighthouse flame went out?
that's important, I see it happening
The show is a cluster F and I don’t think i’ll be watching after season 3 if there isn’t any meaningful progression.
This show is awesome, what are you talking about brother? It’s one of the best shows that have come out in recent years.
This video told us absolutely nothing. Clues I missed? You just told us what we saw on screen. My dude, do some actual work.
MY own personal opinion on the boy in white :
I think whatever entity controls the town, was summoned long ago. And to be summoned, they needed an innocent sacrifice.
his German Shepard tried to stop them and died to.

I think the word "Anghkooey" means Go here, start here, or commence here. That's it. That's my own theory LOL
My theory is that they’re in Pandora’s box with all its miseries.

I understand you feel like the video was just random observations. I was trying to highlight all the details and connections we've seen so far in From, to spark discussion and theories.
you gotta fix your audio big dawg

You call it Fromville, i prefer From City....😅😅😅
@@Trandview hahaha nice choice
Half way through and you said absolutely nothing. We know the pictures the motel the children, the word ankui and the numbers abd dates are not random.
It’s spelled anghkooey, actually.
@@BEYONDPREMIEREno! U r wrong! Let me eggukate you feebol minded people's. JK I think your theory is spot on. Can't wait for more episodes.
why doesn't anyone take a closer look at the scenes with victor in the cave with the flashlight. the drawings on the cave walls had drawings of small boats. i don't read theories, maybe someone has already written them, i'm not sure. my idea is that the way out of the town will be through the river. boats, maybe swimming. but i wonder how they will end the series. there is not even an answered question yet :)
