I liked the way you explained nutritional value of every food. Just a suggestion. Instead of saying poor man's nuts , we can simply say "for a change add ground nuts ". That shows our sensitivity & respect for every class .
Great video ... Lots of things to ask (1) Did you put raw capsicum or some kind of cooked ? and (2) I just can't live without spices like of Biryani and all. The very thought of separating them makes me even more desperate Are you asking me to leave them ? and Last Q (3) : Where do you get such sophisticated cut and clean vegetables, fruits etc. in India like it seems you are in some western country Not India. The very thought of cleaning spinach every other day is O My God
we must not measure n eat or drink we are not machines or robot someone dry in nature like me dry skin dry scalp generally need less water I can never drink 8 glass but i have good skin flawless n pls do not keep sipping water unnecessarily drink well at a time when u feel like. Salad is wonderful no doubt....don't complicate food should be fun not irritating...
I like doctors suggesting food for well ness n betterment Now a days they have stoped doing it ..., instead they want you to it scrape n fall sick n they make money out of it....
