chicken breast 1 pound (450g)
iceberg lettuce one half
cherry tomatoes 12 pieces
cucumber 1 piece
avocado 1 piece
mango one half
small purple onion one half
For dressing:
olive oil 3 tbsp (40ml)
salt 1 tsp (6g)
black pepper ¼ tsp (0.6g)
garlic powder 1 tsp (3.3g)
lemon juice 2 tbsp (30ml)
honey 2 tsp (15g)
dijon mustard 2 tsp (10g)
sliced almonds toasted 3 tbsp (15g)
