Ingredients:

vanilla sugar 2 tsp (10g)
salt a pinch
4 yolks
zest of a lemon
all-purpose flour 1 ¾ cups + 2 tbsp (300g)
baking powder 1 tsp (5 g)
4 whites
sugar ¾ cup (150g)
yogurt 14 oz (400g)
sour cream 14 oz (400g)
vanilla sugar 2 tsp (10g)
all-purpose flour 5 tbsp (40g)
baking pan 8x12 inches (20x30cm)
