  • SHOYU POKE
    Ingredients
    •1 lb. Tuna steaks, cubed
    •1/4 cup Soy sauce
    •1 tbsp. Sesame oil
    •1 tsp Fresh ginger, grated
    •1/2 Yellow onion, Sliced
    •1 stalk Green onions, chopped
    •1 tsp. Togarashi
    Directions
    In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and lightly mix.
    Marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
    KIMCHI POKE
    Ingredients
    •1 tbsp. Oyster sauce
    •1 tbsp. Honey
    •1 tbsp. Kimchi base
    •1/2 cup Kimchi, chopped
    •Shoyu poke
    Directions
    In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Combine mixture with Shoyu Poke, lightly mix, and marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
    SPICY POKE
    Ingredients
    •1/2 cup Kewpie mayo
    •1 tbsp. Sriracha sauce
    •Shoyu poke
    Directions
    In a small bowl, combine Kewpie mayo, Sriracha, and mix well.
    Combine mixture with Shoyu Poke, lightly mix, and marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
