    Spicy 'Ahi Poke Recipe
    Ingredients:
    ¼ cup kewpie mayonnaise amzn.to/3vqnLWj
    2 tablespoons sriracha amzn.to/3APtyG7
    1 teaspoon shoyu amzn.to/3vjLAPA
    1/2 teaspoon sesame oil amzn.to/3lO0qe1
    1 pound sashimi grade ‘ahi
    2 teaspoons thinly sliced green onion
    Directions:
    1. To a small bowl add mayonnaise, sriracha, shoyu, and sesame oil. Mix until well combined and set aside.
    2. Next slice the ‘ahi into small cubes about 3/4 inch thick.
    3. Place ahi cubes in a bowl and add the spicy mayo mixture along with the green onion. 4. Gently toss to coat.
    5. Store in the refrigerator and ENJOY!

    random question probably wont see this but i bought salmon and tuna from a asian grocery store and was wondering after i open it do i wash it or keep it how it was

    I have a question regarding poke bowls! I found a place ( live in Minnesota) called Hawaii poke bowl. I was wondering how to cook peppered tuna? Also, could you help me find the sauce they put on the bowls? Looking for something more authentic ❤

      A poke bowl in Hawai'i consists of poke and rice. Many places in the mainland serve it differently. This spicy 'ahi recipe is often used on poke bowls. As well as shoyu poke and many other options.

    What do fish markets do to tuna steaks to make it “sushi grade” ?

      It should mean they catch it, clean it, and ice it quickly to keep it a fresh as possible.
