(15cm round pan, removable base)
Ingredients:
★Biscuit base
100g Oreo cookies
15g unsalted butter, melted
★Filling
200g cream cheese, softened
70g sugar
1 large egg (55g-60g)
100g Greek yogurt or plain yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
15g cake flour
Bake at 170°C for 50mins~55mins

No I used a 9 inch which is 25cm pan since that was all I had that's why it turned out so thin.

Hi hi, check with u again, after take out the cake from oven should I un-mould it immediately or wait for it to cool down ? And can I add lemon zest and whipping cream ? If can, how much should I add for both ingredients?Thanks😊
Let the cheesecake cool for awhile in the pan (10~15mins), then unmould the cheesecake and let it cool completely. After that, wrap it and store in the fridge. It tastes better the next day 😊 you can try add about 1 tsp of lemon zest and substitute half of the yogurt for whipping cream

To replace the sugar
if I want to 250g cream cheese, will it effect the cake? how to alter the recipe?
If using 250g cream cheese, multiply by 1.25 for the rest of the ingredients
Can I use 8" round mould
Yes you can, just double the amount of ingredients for 8" round mould

Yes, better to sift the flour to prevent clumps of flour in the batter
