    I can't help but laugh at all these people getting so mad because it's not THE Brady house! Proves they didn't listen to the intro,. and must not watch many urb ex videos because several of them name the houses they explore. It's a common thing people. Carlo, you're awesome!

    It's not the Brady Bunch house. He just called it that because it resembles the Brady Bunch house due to the age and look. I think it's awesome looking. I can't get over the condition it's in and why someone hasn't bought it. Just needs a little remodel and some TLC. It's beautiful!

    This house isn't abandoned. Hence running water and electricity to keep it in decent shape and somewhat clean for showing. You're breaking and entering if you don't have permission to be there. Even if you can walk right in. The pipes haven't been run for a while causing the brown water. Run it for a few minutes and I bet it has great tasting well water. There's no drug cubby. It's crawlspace access to underneath that side of the house if necessary. They are Terra Cotta Spanish tiles on the roof, and just for your info, windows can be replaced and the date of window production won't coincide with the date of build. However you happen to be right, this place was a definite sixties build, and that was a pump. But for real if you're gonna do this stuff, you should have permission to explore and a lot more knowledge of what you're seeing. I gotta give you guys a thumbs up for keeping your finds private so vandals don't find them. That's always the right thing to do. This place was very cool. I hope someone loves it again, it has lots of life left.

      100% agree it's not abandoned. The property hasn't been updated since the late 80's maybe early 90's, some is original 60's early 70's. If I had to guess, I would say that the owner(s) probably passed away, probably lived there most of their adult life and the property is most likely in probate. Sometimes is can take years to settle estates, until then it cannot be sold. I once looked at purchasing a historic home built in 1910 by a very wealthy family. The house had been held up in probate for over 10 years. Since it took so long the value decreased significantly due to the market crash which made it an incredible buy. I spent 20 minutes in the house, wanted to buy but it, didn't take long to realize that place was seriously haunted. It took the realtor about 4 years to sell it.

      tracy dunbar this house is abandoned. It’s sitting awaiting demolition to be replaced with a new home. It was constructed in 1960. Reason for leaving the power on, is so the sump pump doesn’t stop working, and the basement flood. It hasn’t been lived in in over a year. I do enough research on these places we explore to know everything from build year, to the family that bought it brand new. Only reason it’s so clean is because we were more than likely the only people to be in this house since the family moved out over a year ago.

    Someone cares about that place a whole lot. I build pump stations for a living. That pump assembly in the basement is at the most a year old. Also really expensive. 2 pumps, one lead, one lag, those floats are brand new and clean, battery backup is really nice. I'm surprised you guys didn't run into the owner checking up on the place. They must come every couple days I'm sure.

      Yeah, there's no way that house has been just left to rot for years and years. Someone has been acting as caretaker. The kitchen counters have been cleaned frequently and there is no mold or peeling paint anywhere in that place. They clearly keep the heating and cooling running in there.

    This place is incredible -- incredibly CLEAN, with no deterioration of any kind: no fallen ceilings, no walls crumbling, nothing of what I might expect from an abandoned, and forgotten structure. This would seem to indicate that although it has been 'vacant' for a long time, I think someone may be 'taking care' of it in some way, like that pump thing in the basement: why would that be there, and plus it looks new-ish, not as old as the rest of the house, so it is not completely forgotten, and plus it has power, and although it's dirty from not being run in awhile, there is running water, which is very uncharacteristic of an abandoned property. Also, as far as your references to the 'Brady house', the configuration inside is nothing like the Brady house, although it does look a little like it from the outside, and the inside is 70's-ish. And lastly, you got spotted at the end; it definitely seems to me that your "abandoned" property is not so abandoned at all. Another nice explore, though, guys.

      Selma Alva Why do you think they call it a crawl space you have to crawl through it that's not a safe it's to get access under the house when there's a basement you can't get under the house without a crawlspace to fix shit google crawlspace

      I think it is because someone else has come through the house like Carlos but this property is as empty nothing left behind usually abandoned houses are never this clean I am sure the pool table is being sold with the house

    • @BEATAX
      @BEATAX 6 лет назад

      I'm just saying that if it was listed for sale- which if it is, I doubt Carlo would have entered in the first place. It's also sat so long that the cast iron pipes have been sitting long enough to corrode and rust. I still say it's probably in probate. You can look it up in the county site if you have an address.

      @@BEATAX - So, the crime may not be breaking and entering, just criminal trespass? LOL. You can NOT legally enter into a house because it's for sale!?!?! Someone still owns it even then. It's THEIR property til sold, even if the bank picks it up, etc. My god people.

    Is anyone acknowledging that this is actually breaking and entering. This home belongs to someone and if you don't have permission to enter it's a commission of a crime. Cool house, but you really shouldn't be going into vacant homes.

      I'm not sure where these guys live, but in NW PA, you'd likely be full of bullet holes for doing this same exact thing, especially in a house that is VERY obviously still being taken care of somewhat and electric still on. It only takes that ONE TIME when one of these criminals is going to be filming inside someone's house when the shotgun goes off.

    To answer people’s questions on this house... any abandoned exploring videos you watch are trespassing. Also you want some info on it? This house was built in 1960, and is currently sitting vacant awaiting demolition so a new home can replace it. Also, he never said it was the Brady bunch mansion, Just that we was going to call it that. I am in this video, and do lots of research on every home we explore. We wouldn’t enter if we knew it was maintained or lived in. So next time before you go on an absolute rant, ask nicely next time and you just might receive the information you were wanting.
