A year ago, Raw Bar was a raw treat cake takeaway shop that expanded to offer coffee and healthy lunch options. After sharing the space with a plant shop, Amy took over the entire space and decided to focus more on coffee. This led to rebranding as Undrground, adding a full menu, and redesigning the café. Surprisingly, the entire transformation only cost around $1,000, with most of the work done by Amy's husband and their son handling the branding.
Since the changes, Amy has seen a significant boost in coffee sales and customer satisfaction. In this video Jimmy delves into the challenges, costs, and benefits of renovating a café, offering valuable insights for café owners and coffee enthusiasts alike.

Very nicely organized description of the step-wise transformation of a fledgling pastry shop into a very pleasant coffee shop with a pleasing variety of drink and food options. Wish them the best for their business. They're doing it right. ((I actually remembered Amy from the earlier video -- wonderful transformation.
