How soon after roasting do you cup your coffee to get a fair understanding of whether your roast was successful or not. Have you simply learned to " taste through the C02" if you do cup within 24 hours?
That's a tough one isn't it? Doesn't hurt to cup 24hr, 3days, 5 days, 7 days, then 10 days. That is what I do, I'm really impatient tho lol
