I highly recommend a mini strap wrench to get caps and lids off glue bottles. Then clean off the threads and put a little bit of Vaseline on the threads before recapping. Keeps them from getting stuck on by the glue.😊
That is a fantastic idea! I will have to pick one up on my next trip to the store! I do try to be extra careful when filling those little bottles, but as always stuff happens sometimes. lol Thank you for the recommendation, the comment, and the view! 😊
Hello, Leen. What lovely cards and helpful tips! Love the CAS focus. Thank you for respecting your viewers' time by prepping dies and/or embossed sheets ahead so valuable time can be spent playing with designs. Also your "think alouds" clarify your decision-making, giving us understanding as to why you think certain cuts or layouts work and don't work. You inspire me to see how many of the dies and embossing folders in my stash can work nicely with these ideas. Nice tutorial. Good luck in growing your channel. 🎉 Looking forward to seeing more from you. Your newest subbie, Cheryl in AZ
I really appreciate your kind words, Cheryl! Your support means the world to me, and I’m so glad to hear that my tips are inspiring you. Welcome aboard, and get ready for more creative fun!
White on white is so elegant and it gives a person to play with dies and embossing folders. Lots of play time with products until a great card is created. Sometimes I add some very small coloured flowers to add a pop. Thank you for your video.🇨🇦
Thank you for the compliment! Your idea to add pops of color with small flowers is a great one!! I will have to add that to my white on white card ideas!
I love these cards thank you for sharing them. I got some new fresh ideas from you and appreciate being able to use what I already have. Especially the making the diagonal scores. V
I am so glad you enjoyed the video and got some new ideas for your card making adventures! Sometimes it's the simple things, like adding decorative score lines, that can really make a card pop. I need to remember that myself! :)
Thank you! I really love the texture that cardstock gives every project. Unfortunately, I've had that paper in my stash for YEARS! I think it may have been purchased at the scrapbook store Archivers??? But I really don't remember.
Thanks so much for inspiring my ideas. A whisp of tiny gold spray on a few leaves before attaching would be one of my additions & other minor attention grabbers like stamped tiny birds.🤔. My mind has taken flight...
I bought this paper YEARS ago and have been looking for a source to buy more. Unfortunately I've come up empty. It's not even find it on ebay or amazon.
@@lindaperry-ye3el Yes you could say it's embossed. It just looks different than what I would normally considered embossed. Up close it almost has a folded, creased look to it.
Elegance and sophistication can't be beaten...well done 😊
Thank you so much! I'm glad you enjoyed the video!
