Im still using my Too Faced Mini Chocolate Chip. It has been my pan that palette for a few years. I finally finished 1 complete shade! YAY me! It is taking forever. I do bring in colorful shades to match my outfits from whatever palettes I want so I'm not bored as it's quite neutral and goes with everything. Love u Alex! 💚
A fun way to use palettes or a fun challenge to yourself might be to pick out two palettes that have some similar shades. Do one palette one eye, and one palette on the other eye, and try to do the same look. I’ve been having fun trying to do that. The Natasha my dream, I’ve been recreating my favorite look I did with the too faced sweet peach, and also recreating my favorite look that I used to do with the modern renaissance. They actually look fairly similar! Might be a fun way to use more shades/palettes. (Although I still reach for Galaxia everytime I have the my dream palette out, lol. My favorite, fixes everything, shade, lol. Oh! And you could do my dream and born to run, or born to run and zendo….
I've been in a new mindset too and revisiting lots of old palettes. I don't see many people mentioning Violet Voss anymore, but I still own quite a bit of their palettes. I've been enjoying their Flamingo palette paired with their Sea You Later palette. I know they're older 🫣 but I can't seem to part with them, and they still perfom great.
My favorite looks this Summer have been with the Lorac Pro 3 and the ABH Sultry palette. The Teak shade in Sultry is just what I'm looking for lately. 🤎
The too faced sweet peach palette is so good, it’s still one of my top palettes of all time! Let me see if I can type out my favorite look to do with that palette. Transition shade, I change it up. Sometimes I do the candied peach, sometimes I do puree, sometimes I do summer yum. Regardless of the transition shade I go with, then I do summer yum in crease, a little higher, not quite as high as transition color, but almost. Then I do delectable deepening crease and outer and inner corner. Peach pit on the lid. Talk derby to me to deepen outer corner. Then depending on what I’m feeling, I either do Bellini or Luscious dabbed in very center of lid/peach pit. I either do luscious or nectar as inner corner highlight, I have come to just love the shade luscious! Sometimes I’ll do a combo of these shades on lower lashline, sometimes I’ll do Bless Her heart and Temltimg on lower lashline. The only shades I don’t use in this palette much are the shades Cobbler and Hazelnut. Recently I’ve been having fun using the ND My Dream Palette, and I try to recreate as close as I can, this favorite look i do with sweet peach. And I’ve even tried recreating my favorite ABH Modern Renaissance palette look with the my dream palette too. It’s been fun, lol
