Ahrefs crawls this depending on website importance. I will say 3-6 weeks

Yes, those Fiverr gigs mostly use high DR 301 redirects to accomplish this - and guess which type of sites have very high DR - porn sites. Now you, or your client, have a bunch of porn backlinks pointing to their site. Also, this will last about a month or two, and then your DR goes back down to what it was.

Correct! It’s basically just for people who don’t understand what they are buying or that want to try to scam people. Does not help you with Google, much less

Why? As mentioned in the video, it doesn't help your SEO, it just makes your DR look high on Ahrefs. It's only good for scamming people
