This is by far the best back up vocals I have ever heard in a band. And I have heard a lot of bands. I'd like to hear some Jonny Craig back up by this guy, Matt Fazzi.
I admit Adam doesn’t have the greatest voice out there but would it still be the same taking back Sunday without him? I personally love the rawness and emotion he expresses..
A few things to say... 1. Adam's voice used to be significantly better than it is here. 2. As far I know, he didn't sing in the healthiest way, and kinda killed his voice over the years. That's why he has that shakiness when he tries to sustain notes (and no, it's not purposeful vibrato). 3. Even if his voice has declined ad isn't what it was in TBS's prime, there's something about the rawness of his voice here that I find really appealing (which is why I've listened to it like 50 times). It's not like he's off tune. With the exception of 3:53, he's hitting all the notes. His voice just sounds weak, some times more than others. But honestly, even the "damn" in the final "make damn sure" at 3:53 works, even if it's off key. It's emotional.

I really like Matt’s voice this performance. I like how Matt’s voice is stylistically better and more interesting, but Fazzi’s voice is more technically correct. They support each other well
There was post-production pitch correction done here. This is a recorded live album (it’s been used starting from the late 90s for live albums at least), it would be crazy not to use it, considering Adam sounds off 99% of the time. Live Auto-Tune can only be pulled off by a really good singer
Nope. Matt Fazzi. He replaced Fred and recorded one album with the band in 2010 (New Again) before he and Rubano were let go and the TAYF lineup reunited.
