    I get it. It quite some time ago. I rode the NT1100 and filmed it. A nice touring bike. Cheers.

    Great review. Love this bike. Bandit never got it's due credit. For 2016 they call it the Bandit again and pumping it to 1255cc and a partial fairing and lowering the price, not as nice as GSX FA but reviews say it blocks the wind pretty good.

    Great review down to earth ! I own a 1250bandit SA. Had it for 3 years now and every year has done two continental trips per year. I sold giant trialee for bandit as wife retired from riding with me, she fly's down and we meet up later. Like you fallen in love with amazing engine , bags torque where you need it, Forget 130bhp and race replicas, never use it !
    Anyway, i am thinking about an fa to replace bandit, because i can ! And most of the goodies (my farkles) would be able to go over to new bike. I have a half fairing. How do you find the 'full fairing' Are the side panels effective or more for bling ? Are they easy to remove for cleaning purposes. Aware the engine might get hotter. Cheers

    I own a 2006 bandit air oil cooled version since 2008, great bike has about 45k miles on it, only thing I don't like is they built a great motor but they blew it away with cheap suspension!! nice cat there by the way! change to premium progressive fork springs and rear shocks and see the difference!!

    • @grayman999

      +fidel catsro Interesting comment about the suspension mods I'm such a slow coach I've never noticed the suspension issue but I won't be doing anymore to this bike it's time for a change I'M THINKING COME SPRINGTIME ?

      @fidelcatsro6948 8 лет назад +1

      +Graham Calvert I hear the suspension story too many times to ignore it..it needs a good progressive suspension, I hear 'hagon' is good..in case still wish to experiment and notice the difference..

    Hi, there liked your video and I too have the 2011 GSX1250FA and love it! I was wondering where can I get after market parts. I cracked a hole in one of my OEM Suzuki Side Cases and need one.Also, where did you get the wind screen? Any suggestions??

  • @grayman999

    The panniers need to be similar weights never more than 3kgs in the top box I don't keep them on all the time just when required the bikes much much better without them thanks for your kind comments best wishes Graham .

  • @grayman999
    @grayman999  8 лет назад

    Since this review I've added a Werx exhaust it's made the bike even better and the lighter exhaust is very noticeable and improves the ride too well worth the expense and effort of fitting .

    That Suzuki is lighter than my Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Classic Lt. Which weighs 657 lbs. So the Bandit would not be a problem for me at all.
