- Ever wanted to run a trail and every time you planned to go, plans changed? Well, thats what Potts Mountain Jeep Trail is (or was) for me. Finally, after 3 failed attempts, I was able to head up there, camp close to the lower trailhead with some people I didn't know, and then run the trail the next morning. I'll definitely be back - eventually. But this time, I got the green check on one of my bucket list trails!
Glad you finally got out there, love that trail, now imagine doing it in stock gladiators on 33s haha much more interesting. And I’m glad to see my buddy David finally getting his Gladiator out on the trail with his new suspension setup 👍👍
Yeah man, it was a fun trail for sure, and Im sure it was more of a challenge with the stock gladdys!
Hell yeah dude! Glad you got to run it 🤘
Thanks man! Also, thanks for all the info in our IG convo! I definitely noticed that tree with the missing bark! haha.
Looks like it was a right and proper fun time!
It was definitely a good time! Not sure when I’ll be able to head back up there, but I’m sure I will at some point
Great job! Glad you finally made it up there!
Thanks man! Me too! I hope your trip was all you had hoped for!
@@ADVENTURUSS Dude, the Ozarks are great. 10/10!
Looks like we missed a fun and not so hard trail. I can't wait to get my new driveshaft in so that I can get out on the trails.
It was a fun trail, for sure. Maybe when you're Jeep is all fixed up, we'll go back.
Great camera work. Would love to get up there some day. Looks a little too difficult for me right now, without a good spotter.
Yeah, it was pretty fun in some spots, for sure! I'd definitely recommend to go with a buddy with another vehicle just in case!
Glad you got to make it out. I will have some WKO rock sliders installed soon and be ready for more rocks…. I have also been eyeing a transmission skid plate from Dethloff Mfg that should work well on the Beast as well. I am not afraid of some pinstripes, do you think the Beast would fit down that trail? Looked fairly wide thru the main obstacles.
nice! Im sure it would.. but there are definitely some tight spots. Ive seen vids of other full size rigs heading
through.
@@ADVENTURUSS Nice. May have to check it out…
did you air down? It is hard to tell.
I aired down to 15
